I agree, it's worth my time, and I am very happy with my results.I now seasoned growers doing this to familiar strains with great results. Their power bill is lower and they are achieving the same results they received prior to the timing modification. They have been running these strains for years.
If you are running something less familiar try a plant or two to make sure your chosen pheno doesn't have issues.
Until then, try the method. Cause I know... Start a new room and test or something to occupy your time,
