Psssshhhhh.... Went to upload the pics from the camera to the computer, tilted one of the screens literally like two inches and something got unplugged. Or I dunno, but something happened. Can't get the screens on again. I even called my girl at work to have her talk me through the process but I couldn't figure it out.

Told y'all I was a computer idiot. I was ready to just take both screens outside and punch them to death, but, uh, they're not mine and I know my girl paid thousands of dollars for them, so I resisted the urge. But I do wanna kill them haha.

Sea can kill her chickens, bulldog can kill his pigs and I'll be busy slaughtering computers in my backyard haha!

Anyway, gonna have to wait till she gets home from work to post the Apollo pics. Sorry, y'all.

Right? As much as I think it's super-fucking fascinating that I can post some shit online and people all over the world can see it, I hate it when things like,"I don't know which plug goes where," type shit happens (and that happens A LOT with me haha).

Okay, so I guess wherever I grabbed the screen when I went to plug the memory card in, I must've hit the power button on one of the computers. So it wasn't a problem with the computer or the plugs or anything, I just accidentally turned it off hahaha!!! Simple solution. Just, uh, turn the computer back on. Having said that, I hate computers. They make me feel dumb. Anyway...

So here are a bunch of pics of the Apollos pre-chop. I didn't label which plant was which because they all are growing so similiarly that I didn't feel like it was necessary. All three of them look virtually identical and I expect them to smoke exactly the same, too. It's not like there were several phenos, they all looked pretty much the same, so.... Yeah. Also, gotta say that I couldn't have done this without my Security Team. Them, plus the fact that I have like 10 cameras positioned all over our front and backyard, at the front door, in the grow room etc etc. But that's just because my girl is obsessed with seeing what our dawgs do when we're not at home. Still, I like knowing that we got cameras everywhere. Anyway... Good dawgs.....

#2 is the smaller Goldstar. Chopped that one about an hour ago. I'm super-curious about all of these strains, but the Goldstar in particular I'm VERY eager to sample. Sensi Star x Malawi Gold? Yeah, that sounds real fucking good to me.

I'm in such a good mood today (tonight, whatever), just want to say "Thank you!" to all of y'all. Seriously, thank you very much for all yall's input.

O yea. If my product gets too dry, I use a humidifier's mist to re-hydrate. If you just add water, or a fresh leaf, you are looking for trouble. It's all about micro mist flowing evenly through the bag/jar.

@Bulldog11 I meant to ask you about this post yesterday. What do you mean about adding fresh leaf? Are you talking about the drying process or the cure? The only reason I ask is because I think I'll be chopping and adding plants to the "drying tent" or whatever over the course of the next two weeks or so. Do you mean that adding freshly-chopped plants in the drying area with plants that have been hanging for a week or ten days could be potentially problematic? I actually thought that that might be an issue, just because plants that are nearing peak dryness or whatever would then be being exposed to a freshly chopped plant, which would be transpiring more moisture and thus exposing the plants that have been hanging for a while to a freshly chopped plant. Or, er, something.

I dunno if I'm making sense, but yeah, just wondering what you meant by that "fresh leaf" comment.

Raining again today, hope y'all are getting some of this weather up north, too. Gotta get the rain haha.

Okay, yeah, cuz I actually thought adding a new plant to the drying tent every few days would actually maybe be beneficial. My thinking was that it'd slow down the drying process of the plants that have been hanging in there for a while.

And spraying water on drying plants? Wtf? That sounds kind of asinine. But, you know, I don't know shit.

Not on drying plants. Plants that have dried too much. So when you buck down the nugs and jar them, if they are way too dry, that is when you spray with an atomizer.

And your right, adding fresh plants to the tent may slow down the cure of the plants already drying, good observation.

You should definitely get a pack. Just save one or two for me haha cuz I'm absolutely gonna get a couple more packs and then breed with them. That'll be way down the line, after I have a few more grows under my belt (and space for a little breeding), but I want as many of these as I can afford.

As far as a smoke report, I can provide that right now (albeit with a nug that wasn't dried or cured properly). Hits you hard right off the bat (but not in an overwhelming or uncomfortable way) and keeps climbing over the course of 30-60 minutes. Soaring, for sure. Extreeeeeeemely happy and smile-y stone. Very, very sociable, which I like (what can I say? I'm a sociable motherfucker haha and like weed that makes me that way). And although I've already mentioned this like 30 billion times, blazed a j before my friend N's bday dinner and it was fucking PERFECT for that situation. She doesn't smoke very often, but told me a couple days later that she was baked for five hours. Didn't last that long for me (ya know, cuz I smoke daily and all haha), but it lasted a good three hours for me. No shitty come-down or anything. It just slowly wears off, but cleanly. If anything, it's almost like a "refreshing" comedown. Or, er, somethin'....

In a nutshell? It's fucking BOMB hahaha!!! So glad I still have nineteen seeds, but, like I said, I'm grabbing another pack or two real soon. It's that good.

Btw, keep popping the rest of your Apollo 11's. I have 40 of them, I would love to compare our best someday. I have a sister in LA so I'm out there once in a great while.

But just for the record, the smoke is very good, very happy, very socia- wait, this sounds familiar.... Have I already told y'all this?

Pretty sweet you got fourty of these seeds. Just outta curiosity, where'd you order them from? I got the two packs I have from seedsman, but they were a little more expensive than I'd prefer. I paid for their "stealth shipping" (which, btw, was a joke; I had to go pick it up at the post office, the package couldn't have looked any more "CHECK ME OUT!!!" haha), so that kind of raised the cost, but they were still like $120 a pack when all was said and done. I know Holistic Nursery has them for pretty cheap, was thinking that that would be where I get them from when I order more of these. I think they have them at Great Lake Genetics, too, so either one of those places is probably where I'll order from, but yeah, where'd you get yours?

Gonna have to really get my nose into the Prayer Towers to give you an accurate description on the way they smell. I had just gotten done taken some big whiffs of that Goldstar, so it was hard to tell. Definitely some citrus, maybe almost more lime-y than lemony, but I'll have to check it out better the next time I'm in the tent. But it smells strong.

The Apollos are really overwhelming everything else, though. Checked on the tent when I got up this morning and I can smell them over everything else. Which I suppose makes sense, since they'll be the first to finish. But yeah, man, they smell really, really strong.

I attribute the petiole purplish color to the LED spectrum. IME almost every plant grown under that spectrum has that look of phosphorus deficiency if not a genetic trait as you stated. I don't think it's a deficiency of any kind as healthy as they look. Great job btw. As for the stakes or tomato cages, you won't harm any roots to the point of stressing them. Just put them along the edges or as close as possible as you stated. From the looks of it tomato cages would serve the purpose and be the easiest method IMHO. Best, Irie.

For the record, I really trust SeedVault. Currently I have spent around 3-5k on seeds, and not one parcel has gone missing or a wrong order. I hear great things about GLG also, just no personal experience.

BTW - those dogs are awesome. I have always wanted a Boxer. Such loving dogs, but they need exercise like a mofo. That is why I love my bulldogs, lol. Got a new puppy, that is 10 months old, 70lbs, Mastiff x American Bulldog. He is a beast, and needs a walk. Later guys, off to walk the beast.
