sorry you mean pix of my house? Its a standard 2 bed workers cottage, there's exposed beams down stairs and a cross shaped brace on the front, holding something together inside....I think may be the whole house! I'll see what I can find re pics, but to messy for fresh pix today! ;)

Its a grade II listed which is a pain in the arse and the previous sellers/ agents lied and denied this I didnt find out till local authority searches came back and the market was rising around me this time last year so I took it!
Lets see the beams....i have no fuckin clue what grade 2 means dude

No? Thats like 500ft2 right? How? Are u guys that pressed for space there too? Like in uk?
Yes unless you're absolutely minted!

My bro is an accountant, he earns £120k a year and lives in a house about the same size but with less land than friends in America who earned $50k

Like this green bean?

I took this place when I was still alone. Didn't expect to have a family this quick. That's why we're moving on our now. The new place will be almost twice the size and half the age. This dumpster is a rental.

It basically is a protection level granted by English Heritage who are an organisation that look after historical sites including Stonehenge as well as numerous old buildings and stately homes etc....So you cant change the windows to replace with modern double glazing (though the previous owner of mine has done that downstairs at front and upstairs and downstairs at back. Also you need permission to even paint the walls due to old types of mortars used (again very few seek permission for this) You cant knock any walls down and rearrange the internals. If you want to move or upgrade a boiler/toilet/kitchen/bathroom you need to seek permission. Houses like mine were voluntarily registered in the early 70's by owners who thought it would add some prestige and ultimately value.....Unless you live in a thatched cottage it prob actually decreases the value for most, hence why many owners keep quiet about it when selling.....Its a pita!

Im digging em out .....tbf it doesnt look particulaly old due to modern decor and front looks horrible due to dbl glazing downstairs and generally grubby frontage due to living on an extremely busy main road, as there is no bypass locally so anything travelling north to south wiltshire and beyon and visa versa, comes past my front door!

Which way do you prefer?
Take a cut off the top of the seedling as soon as it's big enough and bang it in the corner of a flower room :) this way the donor plant stays in tact going strong whilst the cuts show sex also if u have a poor fem to male count the donors will have a good few more cuts on them so u can still achieve the numbers u want :)

Heres the pics from the agents brochure.......Like I say nothing to brag about but its home and all mine all fuckin mine! :D

Hmmm, like it, think this is what I will do! :)

No it was removed at some point before I bought it last year, no idea when. But some chimney remains in loft and chimney still on roof so def had one!

I've found to be the best way for me others have different methods and I've tried a few but this has been the 1. Say u pop 10 seeds needing at least say 5 fem but we all know in reality u could only end up with 2 which is way short of 5. So doing it this way u will already have more than enough cuts maybe even get selective a just take off 1 for the full grow. I guess it just opens up more options with pretty much 0 stress on the mother other than taking the top off

Loool I would say it would have Defo had 1 I don't think they had central heating back then but I guess we will have to wait for des to come back on I'm sure he will be able to remember the 1700s real well :)
