I'm getting ready to feed the seedlings.
I shook up my nutrient jug (bubbler) to help break up the microbial/fungal colonies and agitate the contents.
I then poured some off into a Pyrex to be more easily dispensed into a smaller 2 oz measuring beaker.

I feed each clone 2 oz of nutrient solution. That is usually enough to saturate %90 of the soil in the 4 inch pots.
I wanted to show you guys these little living colonies in the nutrients.

Since I started growing I have not cleaned my nutrient aeration jug.
I wanted to have the biozeus microbes and the mychorizae fungi set up shop in the jug and colonize.
I figured once they got hold. Everytime I add new nutrient batches the speed of digestion and microbial population growth will increase. They seem to live on the jug walls. Agitation knocks them loose over time then they are fed to the plants. I'm sure they also survive in the soil.
I call them treats because the plants seem to love em. I make sure each seedling gets 1 nugget during each feeding. I try to get it to land at the plants base. That way it soaks down into the soil and to the root system.
The first time I gave the runt one she started showing noticeable changes.
They love em. Must be full of all sorts of goodies the plants want.
