Soil makes sense to me because it is dirt and I have grown a lot of stuff in it. And every grow I do is bigger because I started small :D

Hey bro... I'm a newbie! I got here July 4th!! No shit! I filed for independence that day and never looked back.. :)

The hardest part for me, was making sure I found some one I could trust, and then trusted him, KNOWING that it still depended on me.

I have ran into all your problems your having now. The hardest part of DWC is getting their Lil tail feathers down in that soup. So developing that root ball is the golden key to optimal DWC start. Some throw her in the bucket straight away and do fine some have problems. Water levels and strain play a factor in that success.
My idea is really just a stand alone dwc. I found that to promote better root growth in the first 4 inches I needed to remove the bottom of the 2" net cup. That presented the problem of holding the plant. So the 2" foam inserts solved that. So now everyday I check pH and let then do their thing. Currently at 350 ppm and pH 6.1.

I'm in coco myself. Haven't really had major cal mag issues yet. I did start to see some magnesium deficiency but a little Epsom foliar did the trick. The Nectar for the Gods line I'm using has lot of calcium in it so its been great for coco. I do a flush when I up pot with new coco. I use the herculean harvest, Demeter's destiny (liquid calcium), and some Epsom. Kinda like a flush and charge. Got the first 5 ladies up potted into 3 gallon fabric potsjust now and had to move everything around to make it fit. Definitely need that grow box now haha. Between the bigger pots a tray full of seedlings and a few clones its standing room only lol

I'm rather a newbie.. but I always seem like your leaves are really dark green and curling down. Did you just feed or foliar spray? Maybe somebody with more experience can comment. Bro it may just be me!!! So don't panic! I barely know my ass from a hole in the ground. @Wisher619 hey bro... art to disturb you, but I don't want to frighten this fellow, but how's them plants look? Just seem like they are droopy a lil. Am I scaring him for nothing???

They're definitely droopy bro. They did just get a foliar and a feeding there. I'm almost positive the low temps are the culprit as I've ruled most everything else out. As far as the color of the leaves I'll be honest with you, in person they actually seem a little light in color. They were darker a few weeks ago. I can say one thing for sure, I have no other grow to compare it to so any advice is always welcome. They haven't really prayed since I switched over to the metal halide because that's when I added the exhaust fan and the temp dropped. I appreciate you hangin in there with me on this grow for sure brotha. I'm gonna have to add some heat as my night temps are dipping below 60°

Well my Temps drop quite a bit too. But they are bigger. Maybe Temps are hurting you... how often you watering the coco? How much run off? What's your EC?
BRO, I'm gonna help you any time I can. See first I'm not even for sure we have a problem.. so by me asking we both learn something. We are only gonna learn by experience. If we can learn from other too, we compound how quick we ALL learn...

My daytime temp is between 70-73° and night time gets below 60° I water when the pots get light. Its been 4-5 day in the 1 gal pots. This time I let em get a lil bit dryer so I could up pot today. The roots were looking great, super white and lots of them. Should have taken a pic. Runoff is about 30% pH is 6-6.2 range and I have a tds meter so ppm is 750-850 right now

It just seemed droopy to me. I know we said water the coco every day but after reading and after seeing the difference in the amount of water uptake (in coco) between veg and peak flower I say there is a fine line. Especially when up potting... the roots have to fill out the whole container or your just wasting water. And even tho they will live cause coco still holds o2, it is imo very decreased levels when over watered with under developed root system...
