in 33 days iv lost a shit load of weight.. hah from a 40 waist to a 36 in 33 days that i s not bad.

im just wondering when im gonna have to start doing sit ups tho, hah. right now just flexing my gut/back muscles while i go for my walks as been burning belly weight off.

im down to trying to recover what hash i can from the bag. hah gram stuck to the damn thing ill be happy if i can get half of that.. shit really sticks t o the little dimples on the plastic.. i tried the freezer.. that did get some off the smooth side not a damn thing for the other side.

i think ill try using my heat shrink gun on low.. see if it wont release.

I'm having an off day myself. Back has been hurting like a bitch for a month now, I think that's helping put me in a shit mood. A little disappointed, a friend gave me some canna coconut oil as a thank you for the oil I gave him awhile back. I won't tell him this but the only effect I'm enjoying is a stomach ache from the lecithin lol. Made me think of you haha. I've never used lecithin before and now I never will. I think he only used a gram of bud per gram of oil. The gesture was still nice anyway.

Thanks bro, I've been dealing with it for over 20 years now so it is what it is. You know how chronic pain can be, sometimes it just gets ya down. My moods better than it was earlier anyway, thanks for the good vibes and I'm sending em back plus some brotha. Good things improve for ya!

I got an old bottle of tincture my pal sent me a Christmas ago..fuckin thing is more or less gone...evaporated.
