Good morning Yard dog, Grower 13, giggy and the rest of the old farts in Curmudgeonland. Smokin` a bowl with my coffee is something I do enjoy, so here I go puffin` and passin`.

Good morning folks, one more sunny day here til the rain comes, were gonna try to finish the fence today. I am not sure I like it, it blocks my view of the prairie, sucks. I guess that was the point, block the view and keep wind off the lit dep.

The swelling in my knee went down sometime last nite. Looks like im good for another round.........

Fuck just taking a shower kicks my ASS.
Baby steps... Seeing improvements every day.

I know thats right bro. I managed to get my right hand to my left armpit last night for the first time since my surgery. It is nice to be able to bathe myself but it was fun and games with the wife giving me a bath but a pain in the ass as well. Yes bro baby steps and do it right.

I got so used to washing my hair with one hand, I still catch myself doing it.

Man trying to shower after surgery is tough.

Like stated here it is always horrible during recovery how helpless we are. How much we realize we take advantage of all these things. Like being self sufficient.

And then with the wife and friends to help where they can. Makes you so appreciative of anything they give.

You know they do it knowing there's is nothing to be gained for them other than helping you out :).

It strengthens those relationships and helps you give those people closer places to your heart.

Heal up @stonestacker I hope everything gets better quick. It's hard feeling so vulnerable for so long.

On a side note I remind myself if we were injured living in the wild we would have just died, natural selection. Being to weak or injured to collect food, water, or protect yourself. We would rely strictly on others.

So we are lucky We get the chance to recover and continue our lives unlike we did living in nature.

Just another thing we don't realize we take advantage of living in society.

The chance to heal.

Yeah that does nothing to fix my anxiety issues.. But thanks :D
So I went to a weed festival with a couple old farts this weekend! Dude with one leg let his rec expire so they got Doc on site. He's a grumpy old fucker but funny! I'm high as fuck on shrooms! We had the time of our lives! Found a nice table up in the stands of the stadium and seshed the fuck out! Just us most the time, but we invited some of the workers to come sesh with us! Dabs for all! Old dudes showing the kids how it's done! The asked about my weed and wax and seemed quite surprised when I said I grew it. Lotsa pretty young ladies for the old tired eyes! I ate a lot of shrooms and was a bit worried I might have eat too many! Turns out, coulda ate more!:smoking:
