Well our first lesson in the Uc was a good one.. The Ec is decided by the system not the nutrients when it comes to the Uc..
Well i think we have made it past the first hurdle...
Every hurdle is a chance to gain confidence in our art.....

thats a lot of roots for 2 weeks...
These things are gonna be like 5 gal buckets of coco on constant recirculating feed system.
They say but coco gives you a buffer..
I wonder just how much buffer it has last couple weeks of flower, when that whole 1/2 gal pot is nothing but roots and the coco disappeared..
I think I could put my 1/2 pots on a recirculating constant feed in late flower..

I’m moving to hourly feeds. I’m up to 8 feeds a light cycle. The growth seemed to have picked up but it’s also getting to that swell time so probably a little of both

Veg update... can’t tell if anything is really looking any better from the nute overdose only been a day though..

Flower day 48.. flowers are not really bulking up as much as I thought they would’ve been by now (still super frosty and smell is great though).. guess we will see, they still have another 11-12 days.. I think I kind of over did it on the nutes just a bit..

Im still really amazed how low of Ec I can run. Shit im gonna get 3 runs out of 1 runs worth of nutes.
Well from here on out, I will just follow CCH20 feed chart, and recommendations.

Ok I’ll keep an eye on the veg. Yea I have a chiller, turned it down to 66 as of the beginning of week 6 I think (per cch2o chart) only CS nutes, full line up. Maxed out at the 980 ppm (700scale) per their chart too.. probably wouldn’t go that high next time.. maybe max out at 9-930...

I’m doing 20 sec a time. By the weekend it will be 20 sec every hour.

It went up slightly but not too bad.
I’m thinking if I’m going to do like 15-25 plant SOG I’ll set up F and D. To save nutrients. The water is no issue but a lot of nutes in dtw.

If I’m doing like a 4-6 plant scrog I️ like the dtw. Less likelihood of ph issues and nite problems since I’m mixing new batches not going thruvthe coco then back into the res. F and D will be rockwool

Ya they do. I’m excited. And as long as there was at least one non herm i I️ would be juiced. Like i said I have the cuts of all three and threw the originals in flower super quick so they will be pretty small but I’m gonna get a bunch of clones and do a full run with the Fire OG and the Jawa pie if i like her

for a 25 plant SOG I would use hydroton
like fill the entire tray with hydroton once clones are rooted
plant them in the hydroton 12" apart and run 3x a day for 15 min at a time

RW should really only be used DTW

Got ya. Yea i haven’t looked much into rock wool just thought it was used for f and d. Hydroton sounds better anyway. Would you use a regular net pot if you didn’t fill the tray?

It doesn’t dry out with only three feedings in hydroton? I would have thought it dried faster. Lol

well if you are in small pots they will dry super wuick but if you fill the tray then you should be good to go
I have also heard every 4 hours for 15 min
