This is what I would personally do for a "monthly". Some will last more than a month. Notice there's no fat burners or test boosters. Cause they're a scam. Basically, when it comes to either of those, anything with significant benefits -- won't be legal. This is more of a "overall health/muscle build" stack I guess.
Protein:
Trutein: Stuff is IMO one of the, if not the, best tasting protein on the market. It's a blend protein, meaning different digestion rates (this is superior to just whey). The problem with whey isolates is gluconeogenesis exists. Long story short your liver = turning some of that protein into glucose because it's digesting so fast. Since it has casein protein, these shakes will be a bit thicker than your typical whey, not like pudding by any means though.

Cheaper option: Still good taste, still a blend, but cheaper.

Triumph: IMO the best "sports" vitamin out there. Would recommend you taking KSM-66 Ashwagandha regardless if you didn't buy this. Ashwagandha is the real deal. Both athletic benefits, cognitive, and anxiety/stress. Not to mention it lowers cortisol levels significantly. Like pharma strength shit. 10-20%.

Would get a tumeric as well, but I think you already have one.
make sure any curcumin/tumeric you buy has black pepper extract. it has next to no bioavailability without it. I'm talking like 1000-2000% increase in uptake with BPE.
Fish oil -- again, ton of benefits including joints. You want 2-3g of EPA/DHA. This is where most fish oils are misleading. They'll say "1000mg fish oil" but only have like 250mg of total EPA/DHA. Basically, look for a "triple strength" or something. Would also HIGHLY recommend getting enteric coated fish oil. This prevents it from being broken down in your stomach and giving you fish burps. Rather, it'll break down in the intestines.
PEScience Ergonine -- idk why the reviews suck but it's your ideal "all-in-one" ergogenic product. Creatine, beta-alanine, betaine, L-carnitine l-tartrate, etc. I know there's glutamine, but it's l-alanyl-l-glutamine and has hydration and a few other benefits. Would take pre. Not all have acute benefits, but some do. One serving a day regardless of working out or not.

Dem dere lecithin granules. Again, multiple benefits, but what you're after specifically is the phosphatidic Acid. This is A. going to prevent muscle breakdown from a caloric deficit, and B. prevent DOMS. One serving a day.

If you really want a pre-workout that's where things get tricky. Depends on your wants/needs/caffeine tolerance/etc. etc. etc. etc. my current favorite "all-in-one" is Scivation Quake 10.0
There's a lot of good pre's out there though.
