you can do a micro rdwc
as long as you have a large feeder res
go with 2 gal buckets
but you can also try "Kratky" Method as in static hydroponics

you can use anything for that ....coffee container maybe...

because you cant control small amounts of water.. You need 5 gal min and that is with refilling it every day at lights on, which means mixing, ppm, and ph'ing..
Big amounts of water, are easier to keep stable...

basically you make a res....and sit your plant on top with your roots in the res
no bubbles....no moving parts
you refill as needed
you could throw a plant into flower directly from rooted clone....no veg time
use something like a folgers conatiner or one of those kitty litter containers
or better yet
go to your local doughnut shop and ask if they have any buckets that you can have....a small one that something like raspberry filling came in
use that with lid ....get yourself a 3" net cup
put the net cup through the lid

it reminds me of that yellow girl I had in coco, she had pythium from sitting in water in her tray..
I put the whole coco ball in a dwc bucket and added +life and prob took a 1/2# Sour Urkle off her..
