Honestly I think I'm about in the same boat. There's not much more I'm going to be able to do. The bottom buds that looked like shiiiiiit the other day look better now, and they're just not losing their green. The trichs say they're ready.

I would turn the 561 down if you can to probably 50% power and hang about 12"-14" above those puppies

So... assuming I plan to chop Sunday I should cut them off of water...? Tomorrow water and then that's it? I was always under the impression giving them a 48 hour (or so) dark period was beneficial as well.

Yeah I only have one board on right now @ 75w. They're sitting between 200-250 PAR right now, didn't measure but definitely higher than 12-14" but not by much. Kinda thinking I should've lowered some more since they stretched so bad at 150 PAR

I would just let it go....let it dry and start to dry....basically starting the drying process now...

as for light
try to bring it up to about 300 par

Actually they're 12-14" away exactly lol. Shortest one is 14" away and tallest is 12"

They got their Cns17 grow, silica blast, and hydroguard.

Finally set the timer to shut off at night. For some reason the "off" was only set to Wednesdays. So.... everything good there now.


When I checked trichs a little bit ago on the sour kink kush everything on top was a majority of amber, with the very bottom buds being all cloudy with some amber. I figure at this point I may as well get ready to chop. Not much else that will change with them aside from degradation

Ya dont even water no more.. Just let them crisp out.. It prob knock a few days off the 14.. Esp if you got a lot of popcorn which should dry quicker than huge colas. But dont try to dry it to quick.. slower is better!

You can leave in the dark last 2 days if you want..
I think you can starve them of water. Pour a gallon of boiling water over the roots. You can leave them in the dark for 2 days...
All of them things is to stress the plant one last time to maybe gain a response. which will throw a tiny bit more frost(survival)... Just another way we try to manipulate this plant...

I dont believe much in the dark period thing
the only time I believe in the dark is after chop
before chop I want them to keep doing what theybneed to do
and they need light to finish themselves off

Alright so neglect the shit out of them until sunday it is. Might have to do it saturday though, buddy is having a party that night and I don't drink much so odds are I'll be hungover.

Although I'm creating an anti-hangover concoction. Have the raw powders just gotta mix, flavor, and package for some of my buddies to be test dummies. Amazing how many products there are on the market for that type of thing and they're all crap.
