Trifoliate gogi x ssdd

Anybody know if this is worth breeding with? I have two gogi x ssdd males one trifoliate... just want seeds for my future runs...
Trifoliates are like any other trait. They may or may not be passed on in breeding. I cant wait to start making my own beans. Next beans i pop im gonna start looking for a keeper male too. I'll probably f2 any good packs i have too.

It's weird man. It's like the third or fourth trifoliate I have had. The mutants always seem to grow a bit slower and I end up trashing them.

I also had a seed that had two tap roots. I separated them and grew them out a bit. Ended up trashing them because they both were kind of stuck on pre flowering.

I hope I can get some decent seeds... that are what I make and not cross pollinated. The males I have are starting to open their sacks. My females are right at four weeks old.

So I have never done this but was planning on trying to collect pollen then use a small paint brush and pollinate select branches...

Here is my second crop this year. These plants were flowered out this past spring and then put into the ground to reveg for a summer run. Some days I still have slight condensation on the inside of the GH. Besides ventalation is there another tip or trick? I have heard of having a vent strip that runs along the top ridge... anybody have any good cheap ideas. :)View attachment 737831 View attachment 737831 View attachment 737832
what I have seen done is use laminar air flow meaning put 2 ventilation fans one at the gable end on both sides. one pushing and one exhausting being in the upper ceiling height will create a good flow and should help with your heat and condensate.

Haha. It's what I am finding out. I use those cheap box fans... got one intake and two exhaust. Think I need to frame it higher up though like your saying...

Not much of a religious fella but if that's what I've been missing I want to come to your church!!!!! nice pic man

It's the only church I go to. Religion is kind of my whacky.... but I know this world ain't it... I'm part of the stars man....

think I'm ready to chop this beah? week 8. flushed w/clearex, green holding on.

Eh? I always lose it in the home stretch... it's done! It's not done! Should have let it go longer! NO! You pulled it to SOON! All that shi t is fly in around in my head. Fact is I think it's a pretty big window...

From what ive seen, you want to spray the buds you dont want pollinated with water and then pollinate your bud. I would dust a few lower buds so you can harvest uour bud when you want and you can leave the lowers to finish the seeds. Most ppl go 12+ weeks to make sure the beans are done.

Everybody has their own taste but i would flush another week at least. Looks like the fade just started. You'll pick up a little more weight with the added time. How many weeks is it?

yup ole cog is correct 10 to 12 weeks. Youll know just pop a few out and you can tell if they are mature enough.

I use the paper bag method when isolating the bud/branch I want to knock up. Cog has a great suggestion spraying some water on adjacent areas so not to get any jizz where you don't want it..........

So I have four different males four different strains. I want to pollinate selected strains I am growing in my indoor room with these different pollen.

There are pollen sacks opening now outside where I have them secluded. Gonna put on some soft music.... get the mood just right... oh yeah baby. :)

So that paper bag method.... can I just get a paper bag and put it over the male plants and kind of shake the pollen into the bags? Then just kind of tie the bag around a branch maybe with a twist tie on the bottom? Would this work to pollinate that branch? Sounds pretty easy. It's not though I am assuming...

you pretty much nailed it. And it is easy peasy like cog said mist the surrounding branches 1st so even if some male pollen gets loose it will not cause you any unwanted births...... once you have added the pollen to the bag and its secure you can shake the bag about to get good coverage of the buds.

After a few days carefully mist the bag with water open it and mist inside before removing the bag from the branch and then proceed with the rest of the grow.
