A little update and a few pics

I flipped the 2 C4 and 3 PC four days ago. I am rotating my light/dark cycle to get my lights to where they will be on from 6pm-6am to combat heat for when the last month of the run comes with no AC.

The C4 is not suppose to stretch as much as the PC so I am starting with it a little taller in hopes of ending up with as flat a canopy as possible when buds are swelling. Some supercropping was done earlier on the C4 to get the lower to catch up. I also supercropped the PC this week to get things as flat as I could.

Defoliation comes next and I don't have much experience in that area. I didn't mess with the Auto's for fear of stunting them. The C4 plant structure I am unfamiliar with so I am not sure what I should do with it ? Opinions are welcomed encouraged even.

Demontrich has recommended getting rid of the plywood as well. Unfortunately I have not found a cheap tray. I will be dropping them to milk crates very soon. I do carry each plant out before feeding and try to let it drain completely before bringing it back to the room. Only 8 weeks to go and I break it all down until fall and maybe I can come up with something better for next time.

Ok I have 2 ph meters that have the calibration button on them. I tipped my 6.86 solution over. So I mixed up the 4.01 and the tan meter read 3.89 the blue one showed 4.19 so all i could do is use math. But when testing my feed the tan one I got to 5.75 add 1 = 5.85 all good right ? Nope when I tried the blue one in read 6.34 - 2 = 6.14 . So now it shows a .29 difference .

So now I don't trust either meter. Are the meters where you manually calibrate it better even though they only measure to the tenth not the hundredth? Another question, Why do the buffer packs always come with 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18 instead of just 3 packs of 6.86 ?

I will wait for an answer before I order anything.

It just occurred to me I could try putting both meters in the 4.01 solution and when they stop moving hit the calibrate button. Then if I retest them both Should read 6.86 and then just subtract 2.85 when testing my feed and it Should be accurate.

Go buy 7.0 reference solution. I have about 7 packs of the bs that comes with the pen I've never used.

@Wisher619 The corner of my basement leaked yesterday putting water on the floor in my room. I cleaned it up but it has rained all night so most likely there is more water and lights don't go on until 5. Worried about bud rot or mold getting started. I know I can't open the door to check. I'm thinking maybe I could flip the breakers to the fans. This would lower humidity until I could get in there wouldn't it ?

Lots of green everywhere. Some should probably be cut away. But with no cut and dry answers on what to cut I been cutting very little. Torn between what might be a buffer for a mistake as big leafs can suck up nutes if I go to heavy but those leaves might also suck up resources the buds could use. Seems kind of like my life no right answers to be found. Disclaimer I'm 3/4 drunk because I can't smoke due up coming test.

@Wisher619 The bio cozyme and +Life came in today. I am ready to make tea but no time to brew Plants need liquid now. What recipe do you recommend ?? Thank you

My fault for asking so late. I had been running errands and while I was out everyone needed something. Before I made it back home I had done things for grandma,dad and a nephew and picked up dinner. I had expected the +life and BC to come so I held off watering till tonight. I got home ate dinner and realized I didn't know what to do.

Lights were about to go out and I had to do something.
I mixed it woefully. I read where you or joey were using 3ml per gallon of the Bio. (but didn't know at what stage this was) So err on the safe I cut it in 1/2 and added 6ml for 4 gallon. Their site was no help. Then I looked at feed chart for +life it said 1 gram for 5 gallon so a quick estimate gave me 1/4 tsp for 5 gallon so I gave just shy of that.

So I gave it a stir and timer 1 kicked off I scrambled like mad and best I could do was get 4 cups of water to each plant when the other timer went off. I dove out of the room and shut the door.

So that will do them until tomorrow night. They need feed or tea every 48-60hrs. I will correct the tea and give it to them.

So my 4 gal of tea has (week 2, 12/12)
1 cup ewc in a knee high panty hose.
20ml Bio-Cozyme
1/8tsp +life
How much molasses ?
Not to be ph'ed

So far I have been doing feed/feed/tea. With them needing fluids this often would you recommend continuing this or feed/tea/feed/tea to avoid build up ? 2 plants will be harvested at 8 weeks regardless and the other 3 might get a 9th week.

@DemonTrich do you have a picture of a C4 just at of after flip ? Trying to figure out what I should defoliate. Hope things are good with you.

@str8smokn remember me asking about stores vs online? Well while I was out to the big city I stopped at a store and it carried a good amount of things but I found out quick he could not get my cash. He comes up to say hi and see if he could help. I said I was just browsing and asked what he had for PH meters and he says $49 and up but I just use the $49 one myself. He directs to the case with them and shows me the same exact model I can buy online for $15 shipped. I was like this is $49 he says yep so I took a quick stroll and told him it was nice to have a place I could get something if I had to have it RIGHT NOW. seems like hostile prices for a hostile state.

@jipp where is those pics you promised ?

@incogneato whats the Veg(Ina) box smelling like ? Mom had to have part of her colon cut out during an emergency surgery where it perforated due to constipation. It looks like I may be going up to get her home tomorrow. Feed her some Half baked fish soon maybe.

this all depends on what medium you are growing in
