ucdwc, if i drop water temp to 66 does that temp kill hydroguard and recharge?
New one on me....them temps will not kill but wont allow for uptake of nutes.
hydraulic conductivity and nutrients active transport were seriously reduced when roots were exposed to low temperature. So, nutrient uptake could be inhibitedNew one on me....
Reduced uptake of certain nutrients like phosphorus and iron definitelyhydraulic conductivity and nutrients active transport were seriously reduced when roots were exposed to low temperature. So, nutrient uptake could be inhibited
Im always questioned. That's ok. Hope to help!
About 70-74*, and your plants will explode.looking for the perfect temp for ucdwc
ok, so i have hydroguard, z7 enzyme cleaner and recharge(triple threat)About 70-74*, and your plants will explode.
I've never needed anything other than hydroguard. The other stuff sounds like unneeded marketing BS to me. I grew for years before hydroguard came on the market, never had a problem as long as my oxygen was good. Hydroguard is backup for when the O2 gets low.ok, so i have hydroguard, z7 enzyme cleaner and recharge(triple threat)

Buy them if you want, I have just never needed them. The goal is not white roots, its a healthy plant and a good yield. Again, plenty of oxygen saturation is all you really need.hydroguard is expensive, z7 suppose to have same active ingredients at lower price, recharge is excellent, roots turned bright white

At 66deg? No.Reduced uptake of certain nutrients like phosphorus and iron definitely
68looking for the perfect temp for ucdwc
Lol ok :)At 66deg? No.
Are you saying the plant grows spot on at 66deg? I guess if your talking strictly ucdwc I have no clue at the moment. Give us more info @G gnome , its kinda helpful, when you just have a NO answer that doesnt help.At 66deg? No.
Hahahaha....what r we laughing about?Lol ok :)
I could post heaps of info to backup what I said but I’d be wasting my time you wouldn’t appreciate it, would you? Pretty basic stuff really, chemical reactions speed up with temperatureHahahaha....what r we laughing about?
