Venting no need for responses, Portland Oregon homeless problem out of control. I’ve cleaned many homeless abandoned sites over the years. None bothered me till today. Very clean and organized shopping carts hidden on the property. Obviously a new homeless woman with a serious heroine addiction. Needles and all other crack smoking devices available for consumption. So, removing the abandoned items I had to remove all items from the carts which effectively hit me hard in my head. She was obviously a new addict that was in dire straits. I’ve never had to do what I removed today. I feel for her even though I’ve never met her. The needles and the life she could have had is beyond me. 1Diesel1. Please no response just venting......................
