Kolas are getting heavy so staked them up with bamboo...keeps them from breaking off and also spreads the branches out for more sun on the inside. A little bit of poor girl’s LST!

This one is exaggerated so you can see it, but basically I am pulling them a little horizontal while also using the bamboo to support the weight. Does that seem like a sound practice?

Yeah I do the same thing and fid that your colas get fatter further down the branch! Works well to also get light into the plant as well

Oh yes! Going to be great! Helping out a friend this weekend, my family is doing one next weekend, and there’s another to go to the next weekend! Wooo

Next year I’ll do a bunch of things differently: strains that don’t get as tall, start them later cuz they just get too big if they grow for 6 months, in a screen house, and bigger pots...hmm maybe 20 gal is ok for smaller plants. Also might do some topping like the Buzz does his. And find a truly kick-ass high thc indica (if I can find one among all the lies and exaggeration).

Blueberry muffin putting on some weight in the last few days. This is going to be a really odd early September harvest. All trichs are currently cloudy. Btw. This plant also shows why I like growing from seed, so much easier to get balanced training.

Update of the northern lights

This whoody will go next. It’s weird this group of 5 plants were all planted same time. 4 from clone, one from seed. All get same amount of light but two in 15 gallon pot and 3 in 10 and the size difference is big!

Yeap, caught me by surprise as it’s my first time with this strain. Each day it purples up noticeably more!
