in a few minutes I'm going to go check my root Zone temp during dark with both reptile heaters on and will post reply
I don't know if this helps.. But mine were fine till I hit them the 3rd time with that mkp( I had some left and I had flip them so I wanted to give them a kick in the azz................ and then mine yellowed almost over night.... fan leaves on 1 of the thcbombs

Excess calcium I'm thinking and likely a bit higher soil ph. That would explain the P and calcium issues.

Depending on time of year the amount of calcium may differ in your well?

High K like I though could also decrease calcium availability.

PBP is higher in K no?

High ppm and salinity fucking up CEC on top of K

I have not fed any of the affected plants enough or at all pbp. This is a soil/ uptake issue.

And the highest ec plant is showing calcium spots first.

The lower ec plants are showing phosphorous first.

Both typical of water stress, nute imbalance or root temps.

Also some of the higher ec in the soil plants showed some nitrogen clawing as they dried out. This was before I saw spots or blotches.

And a bit of tip burn on one plant too. But had not fed bottled nutes yet.

This is happening as the soil would normally have been running low on nutes. Week 3.

Honestly that is different. Over feeding PK will fade the plant every time. They dont actually need much or any additional P.

I want to thank everyone for chiming in here. This helps so much to narrow down the causes.

What a great group we have here. If it was riu this would be a troll fest by now.

I found calcium deficiency also in my plants this grow.. usually not an issue with my tap water. Ph and temps are ideal. Think it's just a picky strain. I will take a pic. It also started with some tip burn and a slight claw but no nitrogen toxicity. Gonna grab a quick pick to compare.

Here ya go.

Maybe i mis-diagnosed the dark and clawing leaves as nitrogen. It was likely calcium.

But why is my ec rising in the soil with water only?

Tested 1.4 ec and 6.3-6.5 ph (color on gh drop chart.) when newly mixed.

I feel i have overwatered as the temps in the root zone went down if in fact the aoil is fine.

For like 4 or more months in a row. I have not been myself through this back/ psiatica thing.

I did a 50% res change yesterday and added some cal nitrate. Will see if it fixes it.

Insoluble calcium?

now ph rising would be drainage, not sure about ec,i had same shit in my corn bed nothing i did stopped the ph from rising until i put drain tile down in it ,water gets in there and rains now ph has stayed at a even 7 since, that just with wood ash ,im not fond of lime

Could be a CEC issue also. There was something that I think @Jack og used to bind and reset the media CEC
Wet cold roots no uptake.
Sounds about right... Calcium is passively taken up. So if transpiration is poor boom calcium deficiency.

I know mine was actually a amount of calcium because I'm already pulling almost 2 gal a day out if the dehumidifier. And the vpd is ideal. But I also have a high K ratio and that lowers cal availability so I guess this strain is more cal dependent then the last few but in fairly certain my was simply lack of. I agree your was likely uptake of.

ya i would lift that plant from pot and put new ocean in the bigger pot ,rooting powder then drop plantin new bigger pot a see,if it turns around you for sure no your soil was depleted, because the new minerals from the new soil will kick in

No room for bigger pots. My plan will always be flush out the problem and feed a complete balanced nute.

And i got a nice light fresh bag of Ocean forest at the shop and a contact for short path distilation of my trim.

And possibly a job if my buddy gets licensed for a grow and a social club along with his garden shop.

Job comes with some good contacts I could use.
