If you are using it to propel yourself forward, you are already propelling your Self forward. That's transmuting it. :)

Hey guys , check out the last post on my mini me page , i explained what i thought was a strange growth , now im reconsidering and think its just a fat node with a leaf spur , but ill keep my eye on it ,

Hey k, also pretty sure there are no hermies anyway , so dont concern yourself with those thoughts....

Leaf spur is bad, right? I'll look it up. In people, it's a calcium deficiency. If it's similar, that will be ironic, since I have also have a calcium deficiency. 😍

Hi k , no its completely normal part of plant anatomy , i might be calling it a leaf spur from memory , ill research it a nd give you the correct name , it developes at each node , the pointy tiny growth , its normal .....

But do you see the image i highlighted in red ? That isint growing daily like a small root is it ? Or is it a illusion or a reflection of something that appears in the photo ?[/QUOTE]

Mutated stamens , big cube thinks so , i agree , not a bad thing......

Has anyone else realized that karma has been acting swiftly lately? For instance, I was short tempered with a service person the other day, thankfully, I checked in with myself and stopped the mean girl behavior. Before the day was out, I had to deal with crappy service people. Haha! I knew then I had to be careful with my thoughts. Words have power, whether you are a believer or non-believer.

Be at peace today. May you be strengthened from within and withstand the corruption that seems to permeate our protection.

Eat the Sunshine. Meaning, eat orange and yellow foods.

It was twice a day, then in the last week or so, they told me to drop back down to once a day. I gauge it based on their energy (or how they look, mostly both). Today I will bump up to twice, 700ppm a feeding until they tell me more or less, but I think they are good for now. I haven't messed with the males (I have two; surprise!) too much today as they are about to burst with joy. I wanted to ask y'all how to proceed with that because I would like to collect their pollen. I also have a surprise or two for you @dire wolf. Check your clone thread in a minute, when I can get my brain to settle down. Pictures below are after pruning.
hey bigcube .....
Plant picture #2 with supposed mutant stamen ? Male supposedly ? But what are the pistils and balls on top left branches ?

POST 1213 PICTURES,,,,

So we are all clear,

I'm okay if I have herms.
I'm okay if I have no herms and an odd male.
I'm okay if I have all females with weird mutated stamens from second rate growing from a first time grower.

I'm good here. Be here or not.

Hey k , im fine with it also , just trying to see if i can do detective work and figure out what im looking at , i guess its hard to see thru photos , not really important im just real curious to see whats happening to each plant , i can stop , but i figured bigcube might be able to teach me something i might not have known......
If you find it distracting , ill stop playing detective , really all in good fun...

Thank you for your patience with me while I have trouble with context over the past week. If you want to figure out what it is, I'm fine with it.

I love exploring new things & finding answers. Love the unusual & finding out why its unusual

Weird mutations dont necessarily mean second rate or bad. It's just not normal lol. Herms can be "picked off". Meaning you can just pick off the male parts when they develop and flower it normally. Full on males can be used for their pollen, though you will want to separate them from the females lest you end up with more seed than bud 🤣

I'm sorry if u gave the impression that anything was bad or wrong with your plants. That's not what I meant. I tend to stay away from weird mutations because it's an unknown variable I was not prepared to deal with. But all sorts of 3 leaf 1 leaf plants have been grown to full on great ass bud.

Your swollen nodes are a good sign, that's the equivalent of a body builder's veins pumped up from flowing all that life blood at a fast rate. That's what you want to see. The little mutation (from what I can tell) may not even be a mutation, it's just my best guess with the data I have. It may only be that one part of that one plant for all I know 🤣
And even it is just a little different than normal. Nothing worth worrying about.

Sorry, I answer most my posts from work on break from truck driving at 3am lol. I sometimes just quickly answer the question and dont explain enough due to time restraints. 🤣 sorry it's a bad habit. I can see how my answer looked to you now. Lol

Dont worry, your plants are fine 👍
If you notice both male and female parts once it matures. You can just remove all the male nanners and the plant will basically be a normal female plant for budding perpous. I wouldn't breed it though, since the offspring would be even more prone to herm.

Keep us posted on how they go! We can deal with any potential issues as they arise. 👍

My apologies to you and @dire wolf for my seemingly short fuse. I think we can all agree that the air around all of us is a bit testy as of late and I've had to deflect a lot of "lookie loos" over the past five years because I resonate differently than most. Lately, I'm operating at a slightly higher than normal emotional state due to the change of life we females tend to go through and trying to figure out how to temper it alongside the other shite I've been fed. It's what originally started me out on this journey and, thankfully, I think I have made some headway.

Thank you both and anyone else who may have raised an eyebrow at my change in behavior. I'm dealing with it and appreciate your patience. 🥵

Hey K , soon yoi will begin to collect pollen , its hard to tell exactly when the male sacs will open , im guessing 10 days give or take , ill check your flip date again ....

Catching the pollen is fairly simple , it will just start to dump all over the place , at that time i would be a little careful about spreading it all around the house..

You can sense how they will open as it might happen overnight and then some other sacs will catch up ...
You can cut off some branches and discard them if you have too much pollen

There are many ways to catch it , tap the sacs with a pencil and the pollen will just drop out like a salt shaker , catch it in a shotglass , plastic vial , spoon , foil , parchment paper ...whatever , then put it in a small dry bottle , pill bottle , anything ...

You can consider cutting it with dry flour for better storage , and application ,
Make sure no moisture contacts the pollen when collecting .....

If timing is right , and it should be , then take a q tip , or tiny thin brush , like a mascara brush , dip it in the pollen , paint your female buds with the pollen , you can do a few lower branches , if you do upper budsites , the pollen will probably drop down on lowers , so if you want half buds , and half seeded buds , then carefully pick your sites , otherwise you can do what breeders do and just shake the whole male plant on top of the female , depends what you want....

When you get to that point , you can take some small paper bags ,, like the size a prescription bottle comes in , and cover the budsite so the pollen stays put , you can sinch it closed with some string or dental floss , leave it on for a day ...

Afterwards , spray , mist the plants down to stop the pollen from moving around....

Thats the basic idea , there are loads of variables , but looks on track so far , and that male looks great as a breeding plant , rub the stem and see if it has a nice aroma , its a little test breeders like to do...

Hey k , one other thought , you can also put a bag over your main , lager top bud sites , even a baggie , while you are pollinating the lower or middle branches , that way you will preserve and protect the bud from stray pollen , and hopefully keep it seedless so you can get a good idea of what type , size , aroma etc your future females will resemble , i mean when grown from seeds ,

Take the bag off next day and spray mist again , some people will bag for 2 days or more , personal decision ....
