Went out for some food stuff's this morning...Trader Joe's limiting two of any items except wine/beer. Kinda stupid with banana's, but no one was freaking, yet. Second stop Whole Foods, everyone was Cool, but found out my battery in the car needs charging, haven't driven in a few days, maybe a week...
Being retired you kinda lose a day here and there... Life goes on. Cat's aren't noticing anything different...laying outside in the sun, cat life...Lol.
Clones continuing along fine.

Thought some of y'all might find this interesting.

"More than half of the early cases were people under the age of 64 โ€” and half of people in the ICU were between 25 and 49.

In many of the early reports out of China on serious or fatal cases, authorities highlighted that the patients had been elderly or that they had underlying health conditions that compromised their health.

But if you look at the age distribution of patients in the Lancet paper, this tells a different story. The majority of patients being admitted to the hospital, and even to the intensive care unit, were aged 64 and under. Roughly half of those admitted to the ICU were ages 25 to 49. Whatโ€™s more, only one-third of these patients had underlying illnesses."

Take this shit seriously, y'all.

My wife and i help out at our food bank 3 days a week and tommorrow is our give away day.
The Regional Food Bank sent out a memo to not sign up new folks and to keep distances in mind.
Will be interesting to see if it's a mad rush or if everybody stays home.

Well Mrs. MMG had an important surgical procedure cancelled and now that she is available for work tomorrow her boss called and said there are so many cancelations unleas she has appts to just stay home. Well she cancelled her appointments already for surgery. She is screwed. She is a cosmetologist.

And i havent had a call since last week.

People are getting worried now. So much for the im not letting this stop me crowd.

If we all hunker down so that the "spread" begins to dwindle down, life will return to normal much quicker (several months) than if the "I'm not letting this stop me crowd" continues on. I told a guy at work today that he needs to stop acting like nothing is happening. He finally agreed. I hope he was sincere. This is not a good thing going on and we all need to approach it seriously.

Going to be hard to stay at home for the homeless.

yeah the advantages of being retired, the money keeps rolling in, although my 2020 Harding park pga champ side job as Marshall ( volunteer) was put on hold.my golf course is even closed to public.
Letโ€™s be vigilant and end this thing๐Ÿ•ท

It's already tough to be in that situation without extra worries on top of it. I've thought about that. I don't have answers. It's a tough one that's for sure.

Well not quite that bad yet here but a couple months will change that.

Where is your info coming from?

That was all straight from the article, but I follow a number of reporters and sources in and around Hong Kong. HK Free Press is a good paper for keeping tabs on the CCP.

In general, I believe the most accurate information comes from the ground level, before media gets a chance to spin it.
