My issue with Michigan laws is it says you are only allowed to have 10 oz of usuable bud. What happens at harvest when you have pounds and pounds? Idk...just scares the crap out of me.

No ones checking how much you have bro.. I've never once met a grower in michigan who's ever had anyone ask how much use able marijuana they have at home..

This one is BaOx “hemp”. ( Hindu Kush x Nepali Hash Plant x unknown “fsl1-3”) hemp.

Organic outdoor grown from clones.

20 plants (4 assorted varieties) total.

Not a bro... but you can call me sis. A few yrs ago my friend who was a grower said he constantly had the cops coming by to make sure he was compliant for outdoor growing. Sure it was a small town but they would come about 3 times per yr. Maybe with law changes that is different? Idk

This looks great. The clovers and vetch are doing the heavy lifting. I'm doing roughly the same this coming fall in my beds - I'm overdue. Will still amend with compost in the spring when I throw down seeds for all the beneficials (yarrow, alyssum, marigolds, etc.) Quarantine has been a wonderful opportunity to go down internet research rabbit holes. :)
I have yarrow, marigolds, and basil on the way. these companion increase oils in plants next to them. Yes! Have been listening to every no till regenerative figure in the scene! So much awesome info! And on top of that no till is way cheap!

My bad sis lol

but really no ones checking your house going thru your shit making sure your compliant . .

Don't leave pounds of weed on the coffee table if your that worried about it. Keep your plant #s in compliance but i promise in todays climate no ones coming over to check your sock drawer for hidden zips and unclaimed trim.

I was only worried about if the sherrifs come by during harvest. If they see a ton of pot hanging or ready to jar up. I know small towns are different then big cities. I live almost on the border of mi (I'm in wisconsin at the moment) and have chewed over many times moving there and becoming legal but was worried about that one particular law.

I average 4 pounds roughly a plant outdoors so if I have 12 plants it makes me nervous just because of that and what my buddy goes through. Idk... it's a gray area. Guess I will talk to other mi growers in my area and find out if shit has changed.

You would have to build a lockable enclosure. Cant have plants visible.

Lay low and i wouldnt worry about it unless you have a lot of visitors coming and going. No one would see the plants or harvest.

We have been doing medical with only 2.5 oz and 12 plants for years. We labeled jars with 3 month out “ready” dates and marked the drying closet “drying not usable”.

I have had cops at my door for an unrelated issue and the smell in the house was strong at the time. They didnt care anout the weed. Didnt even ask me for my med card.

However it is pretty much up to the local police and politicians how they handle it. Not all are cooperative. And we all lnow they do what they want to us. So even with legal rec weed i lay very low. For the rippers too. Which Michigan is packed with.

Many camp out at harvest time to protect their crop.

prices are low here now too so keep that in mind.

Maybe the rippers are more downstate. In the u.p. it's so rural, we know everybody. And we grow right at our house. So you would have to be real ballsy to go to someones home, and try to RIP the plants. Homeowners can kill trespassers. Can't leave them alive, because they can sue you. Lol

Yeah lower to mid west michigan has more crime than even detroit or east saint louis.

It looks like nice country where no one locks their doors out here but there are actually many robberies.

I'm in Michigan and a friend grows for medical commerce and he had a visit a few years ago (he had too many plants and they forced him to pull the surplus) but didn't bother him otherwise. Since our laws have changed, no visits.

Not outdoors!!!! But I thought I'd still share them ! Hope that's alright, I'm sry!
