Have em ordered. Will be here tomorrow hopefully. Don't see a bunch of aphids, but enough to make me nervous! Ordered eggs a few weeks ago, but don't get eggs if you are outside. The ants love an egg buffet of lacewing eggs! I don't think many survived. I saw my first one today. But there are many more on the way!!!

I ordered the eggs...and hung them from the branches... zero problems here.

The fires that have been going on here in California have been crazy, having thick smoke and even ash falling from the sky, thankfully the fires did not get that close to the area that I live in. I hope all my fellow growers that are affected or might be affected by these insane fires stay safe out there! Here's some pictures of some of my ladies, they're coming along nicely! Keep up the amazing work everyone! Everyone's grows are looking beautiful as always!

Can't wait to see how that MAC turns out, beautiful canopy on all of them great job. What size are those fab pots?
Thank you very much. It’s been a learning experience that’s for sure. I’ve been able to spend lots of time with them over flu for better or for worse lol. I worked them young training and topping and fimming and super cropping, you name it I’ve tried it lol. have had a few issues which I’m hoping are behind me but so far so good. Fully organic/living soil style grow.

ASH and water makes acid. It will eat the paint off your car.
I had hosed down some plants that had heavy ash. The next day I found a leaf that had literally turned black.

It didn’t seem to effect large parts of the plant and it looks fine in generally.

but a couple other leaves also had burns

Can’t say definitely that it’s an ash water reaction, but am certainly hesitant to do any further hosing.

On a side note, my tap pH went from the mid 7’s (where it has been for years), to high 8’s. Once again don’t know for sure that it’s ash related (as I don’t consistently monitor my pH), but have never before seen my tap this high.

Did you fim that plant, top or LST?

Edit: Prayers for yall out in California.

I've done some topping/fimming and super cropping and some lst mixed in there on various different plants.. closest one that I have that looks like a base with allot of shoots is the one that I top'd,fim'd and tied her down, gonna run outside and take pics

The plant in the picrue was tied down from the top and spread out like a table top over the course of 2 months until i had to remove the tie downs because I'm having to chase light and move the plant constantly.

You should take a bud clone reveg it and make a monster crop plant out of it. Don't think you really need to top/find/lst the plant it grows like crazy

How does lst under a trellis net work exactly
🤔🤔 hmm I need to deep search into this..
First and foremost.... my plants were started early in a tent ...then after 2 months I flipped thr lights and put them into flower for about 3 weeks. At that point I revegged them.

Second growweedeasy.com has a great tutorial on how to scrog.
Basically you just take a trellis net and put it over your plants....as the growth grows through the net you keep tucking it under. This allows lower branches to become tops and lower nodes on branches to become main branches ...do this until the net is filled then let them go. After that you can fim a few times and boom.... a shit ton of tops

lol--i guess i mean small compared to the ground. 🌱 they look small and tidy compared to the long deep beds on the site i currently lease with my grow partner in oregon. we use his methods--outdoor is still new to me and i'm grateful to learn them. i'm grateful to learn from everyone. about anything. 🌿
