I may be switching back to my mega crop version 1. Giving this new stuff a week.

Gotcha okay. I think pushing 600 ppm from early veg is a little harder than I did last is why I'm wondering. You obviously know your stuff with this.

Nope first time in coco. My challenge is the different stages. I'm testing this for a week. By calculations I should be around 100-120ppm of N. With frequent fertigations i can keep the ppm from creeping up but we will see. The bigger girls are hungry and with co2 is an increased demand for K and N and Ca.

I'm kinda thinking I will go back to my version one this grow bit we will see.

I have definitely been prone to underdoing K this grow. These girls are hungry and they wanna pop. Looks like yours are similar (being hungry, not you making same mistake).

Question: How do you know the specific proportion of individual nutrients if you are using a 3 part + calmag like GH trio? For instance, when I mixed my "transition" batch it was all equal amounts at 2.5 ml. I decided to test ppm between each one. What I got was:
Tap water: 40 ppm
With calimagic: 160 (+120)
With GH micro: 280 (+120)
With GH grow 355 (+75)
With GH bloom 425 (+70)

I know 3 of the 4 of those contain N but in what proportion? I'm confused 🤷‍♂️ The calimagic has always seemed to add a lot if ppm. I should also mention that I'm going by a cocoforcannabis feeding schedule fwiw
It makes me think I measured wrong somewhere because the number was low although I deliberately lowered the calmag dose to "make room" for more ppms. But how do I know the proportion to make up the difference?

FWIW, I ran Mega v2 for one run in coco DTW, w/ RO water - not much of a sample size I know. I had to add in a fair amount Cal-Mg anyway, and there were some other things I didn't are for. I switched to Jacks 3-2-1 on my way to DIY salts, and was much happier. You can tweak the ratios a bit and have more control with Ca, Mg, and their ratios too. Just throwing that out there. Good luck.

Yeah thats would be my next step if I dont start mixing my own already. I made the again knowing better mistake of change a lot of things and now playing catch up.... giving this a week then back to the v1 with mag. I still have plenty but looking for something to replace it after I'm out.... before I run out. I'm prob best going back to mixing.

The idea of being able to tailor nutrients a little more myself appeals to me. I had always considered dry soil amendments because I’m afraid of liquids having issues with temp changes (stored protected but outdoors/not headed) and expiring before I could ever possibly use them up.

Coming.... I ate a gummie and just starting to get my life back.

Was an accident... he was deformed from an air bubble. Well what does a cook/baker do when there is 1 fucked up product... they eat it no different then a broken cookie. Not even thinking and in it went. Thank heavens there was only one cause it took a few minutes before I even realized it.

About half is ok for me...

Eatables have a habit of sneaking up on you. There for I tend to prefer to smoke my medicine.

Also dropped the heat today to stop thier bitchin. Still some old signs.
