Didn't say you bullied ME. I can take care myself using logic and facts. You were bullying the guy who you belittled. How are your feelings pal? Do all Canadians need a slick and worthless wingman like yours? Sure seems that way.
You need to cool your jets, @Aqua Man provides more help than anyone else on this board. If you cannot handle a discussion without turning to insults maybe you should find another forum.

Hey for sure! So for me it was mixing an uncomfortably cold, damp and dark environment with about 3 grams of golden teachers, and hunkering in my bunk for about 6 hours thinking about life, the universe and everything. With the specific point of intention drawn around my bad habits. Namely, smoking. When i woke up in the morning i felt very.. blank is the best word to describe it. Totally blank. Almost like i didnt know where i was or how i got there, just that i was ready to go home. And like magic i havent felt the desire or craving to smoke anything since.

As a smoker for 20+ years (Switched to IQOS almost two years ago so no smoke but I’m still addicted) I have to say way to go man. Seriously. Super stoked and hoping you keep it up.

Ok if you like you can PM me and we can discuss... let's leave DB his thread without a bigger mess than already created.

Sorry if your feelings are hurt. But have to end this discussion as ita unfair to the OP and I take responsibility for my part but it ends now as its no longer productive.

So I am assuming the cold damp and dark was intentional? Is it something you done before? Was this guided? That sounds really cool. I've never thought to use a "bad" trip like that but I do love mushrooms and thats fascinating 🤘

Fuck no, my heater wasnt working 🤣

But yeah man, bad trips arent bad, theyre uncomfortable because you arent prepared for what theyre showing you. But they have the most to learn from. I got the idea to do it from watching endless mushroom videos lately, often on mushrooms,.. folks like Stamets and Michael Pollan, Alan Watts etc..

I planned on sitting in the dark on the boat, but i planned on it being warm and dry.. The dampness from condensation just added a level of intensity to the ordeal.

I've had a couple of cancer scares in the family recently, my family has had its fair share of the horrible C, but these were young. It's scared me.

Dry herb vape ordered, I've dug out the box mod and wicking gear and I'm all set for smoke free new years day. I havnt smoked much in years but the spliffs/blunts are my downfall.

Well done @Dirtbag keep it up

This is awesome. To me the threshold is one week. If you can get to one week then you're really doing it.
Id say thats true mostly, but i need to stay mindful of my addiction for life. All it would take is one drag after a few pints and id be hooked again. Im an experienced quitter, and all too aware of how easy it is to fall off the wagon.
But generally yeah once ive gone past a week without nicotine, i can stay off it quite easily. Until i get drunk. Alcohol is my true achilles heel in the struggle to stay off the darts.

Discipline and booze don't go hand in hand for me either.

^^^This. I’ve quit many times. One time for 17 years. Alcohol always triggered the desire. It’s been almost 10 months for me and psychologically I still occasionally want one (but don’t do it).

In the words of the great monty python team

And now for something completely different

christmas is coming and I know how slow and boring things can get, so here is an android app to keep you/thehusband or wife and the kids happy, free movies and tv shows.

Not sure how the cord cutting scene is in the US/Canada at the moment, and dont want to tie DB's thread up, so if anyone wants more info and a point in the right direction on free live tv to go with it, just give me a shout by PM
