Check Post 1478, the picture not the video....look at the plant on the left. Check out all the lower larf. I was tempted today to pull the room apart and do a plant cleanup. But it's late enough now (day 44) that it won't make any difference (or much of one). A perfect example of an improper defoliation- I should have removed a lot more than i did.

I'm starting to see some bulk in the colas, getting a bit larger. But I may have to let them go long to add some more weight to the room.

Lol already done it prob 1 to many times but ok... when's the co2 coming? lol

What you are missing in the equation is 100 oz is my number. I just don't need more than that. There's absolutely no reason to add co2 EXCEPT TO TRY AND BEAT MY HIGH NUMBER. And to be honest- when I used to use it, the plants grew so fast it threw me off my game. I never became fully at ease with it. So, no, I think not.

Yeah I know what ya mean. Was just a poke at the co2. You know make sure your BP doesn't get to low. 😁

There’s no max per se, as I’ll keep going higher and higher if I feel the plants need more. But I’d say I haven’t been above 950 ppm with my led’s. The highest rate would probably be in weeks 3-6 in flowering, when the plants are really packing on the buds.

Remember that stem I snapped while trying to bend it????? Biggest cola in the room now!

Is there any scientific bro stuff going on there because you bent it? Should I bend everything,... everywhere?
Its the main cola of a plant. It was getting too tall compared to the rest of the plants in the room. Instead of getting light burn and bleaching he bent it to keep it closer to the same height as the rest of the canopy.

But while bending it, it snapped. I just left it alone, knowing it would be fine in a few days. What happens the plant repairs itself, it actually strengthens the area with a thicker joint and able to handle even more weight. I would not be damaging any plants on purpose, and I have to figure in my case- it was already the largest plant and the main cola was going to be large no matter what.

Regarding this, I do know people who grow some strains that have a monster center bud, and normally most stems can't handle the weight so it either gets staked or supported another way. It's also perfectly logical to do what I was trying to do- pinch between my fingers at the base of the cola and damage the stem fibers a bit- you can do this by rolling the stem between your thumb and forefinger. When it repairs itself, that area will grow back double thick and then will be able to support most anything above it.

This trick is often used by outside growers, whose buds can be enormous and it's obviously a bitch trying to stake a 12 foot bush.

I got mine on wednesday. My allergies throughout the day are clearing up noticeably, from sneezing a hundred + times a day to 3 or 4 times yesterday. Im still waking up very congested so hopefully it will just take a few days. I live in apartment and only need to run this baby on speed 1! Thanks for your suggestions on this unit as my allergies made life difficult unless outdoors.

Slamm...... you should be running this at full speed until you feel noticeably better. It could takes days depending on the size of your place, then you can cut back. I'm running mine 24/7 at the highest speed. I don't plan on lowering the speed at all.

I don't think this will beat the Gasm........I'm almost positive about that. It will be a curious experiment though, because this will be the first crop with some nice size center cola's. Just get me to 100 oz., past that, nothing else matters.

Horses.......... I actually contracted to write a series of articles leading up to the Triple Crown for a site I belong to and backed out a few days ago. I am currently betting baseball, with an unusual system developed by a guy around 15 years ago. It's doing well, I'm making money with a few friends, so horses have taken a backseat right now. The Kentucky Derby is May 1st I think, I'll start looking at it the week before. Since they changed the scoring system to allow horses into the race, it's become a favorites race and a lot less interesting.

And, every diary I've read about the Candy Store had them harvested at 9 weeks......... This Thursday is 7 weeks, I guess it's almost time to turn on the UV-B.

SO its been about 4 full days running the Medifyair and man there is a huge difference. i can breath normal all day long. sneezing is almost completely gone. Im truly grateful to you for finding and mentioning this at the farm. Thank you so much and i sure hope yours is helping your allergies as well as mine is. I live in an apartment so this thing is way way way oversized. I would have installed one the size of a refrigerator if it actually helped but this is working miracles. thank you again!

I’ll probably need the second unit to arrive to feel as well as you but there’s not doubt it’s helping......I have a complete physical today and can’t wait to mention it to the Internist, who I’ve used for 20+ years with all my allergy crap.

The only issue is I’m wanting wanting to go outside anymore. Lol
