Lighten up on your feed strength and only feed every three waterings in dirt. Don't water it until the dirt dries out and the pot feels lighter. You can flush with straight water to help wash out the nutrients that were too strong.
It looks like nutrient burn.

What's your temp/ humidity levels, what nutes you using and how offensive do you feed and water them?

I jst got my tent and Ive been trying to raise the humidity from 45 it won’t go above that. I’m in the process of getting one. I’m using fox farm and every other feeding.

Ok so what’s the next best thing?
ok i hear fox farm soil has nutes so you shouldn’t be feeding it any. you have to let the pot dry out almost completely before watering again.
raise your lights like 6-12 inches.
45 rh is ok, what’s the temp?
do you know temp and humidity during lights out?
how old is she?

The temp is 77.7 F
Humidity is at 40 now.
No I didn’t know to do that, she’s about 7 weeks

let it dry out before watering and just give water no nutrients next time and raise the lights a bit.
is there holes in the bottom of the pot?
when do you think watering day would be?

I just watered yesterday and ok I’ll raise them now thanks so much. Please continue to share your tips.

Fox farm nutrients are notorious for burning plants at less than a regular strength. I almost never feed mine until the cotyledons start to turn yellow and wilt. When I do feed b4 they wilt it's just some calmag and mycos.

let’s start with that, and other than that just leave her be.
hands off..
she’s stressed some but not bad and should bounce back in not too long.
so what are your nutrients
and how much have/do you give them?

Not trying to be rude, but if your new, I'd throw it away and go hydro. I heard if I did soil and had issues my plants would just stay small and most likely be stunted. What I'm learning with hydro is that the plant grows stupid fast regardless of issues. That plant in ur pic is 7 weeks right?

This plant was topped once and has had one leaf defoliated, with low stress. It sprouted out of the paper towel on March 15th. That day I placed it in rockwool and into a rdwc system. 40 days this is her lol.. I put it to 12/12 at day 35 from seed.

I guess my point is this is my first grow too. Every time I think of soil I'm so glad I didn't go that route.

That said.. It's more tedious, but we'll worth, and it gets easier. You can build you a cheap setup for under 50 bucks.. Plus nutrients.

Best of luck bud..

Also you won't even need to worry about humidity due to air stones directly under your plant.
