Im going with a 9x5 Tent or similar size.. The housing market in Arizona is a fucking mess right now. Everything is selling for 10% above market value and a lot of people have extra purchasing power right now... I am going to rent for 1 more year I think

12 plants is all I know off the top of my head

My binder is at home today. It has the laws in it.

I don't recall their being a limit on dry product in your house.

There are limits on how much you can possess outside your home and in transport. That is 1 oz and 5g of concentrate
Sounds like you can only have 2.5 oz of dry bud. Better to run a perpetual grow. Harvest one plant every week until you get caught and evicted. At least that way, if the landlord brings the cops you might be legal.

Sounds logical. Dehumidifier and carbon filtered exhaust to keep the operation on the sneaky.

Good idea. Venting outside would be a dead give away. And most important, no smoking or visitors ever in the apartment. You need to find a safe place to dispose of the garbage- leaf, stems roots and soil need to go somewhere other than your designated dumpster.

Personally I would just throw poly sheeting up and use a portable a/c with an exhaust and just run the exhaust through an inline filter straight out the window just make sure you rig the window up to look normal from the outside, then pull in air from another room in your place. Preferably filter the incoming air also. Also like growsince79 said make sure you have a sneaky disposal site. This is a major concern a lot of people skip over, even in legal states you dont want anyone knowing what's there.

AZ law sucks. You can only have 2.5 oz and you cant grow unless you live more than 25 miles from the nearest weed store. Doing so would violate the lease and invite cops.

No I'm reading from a lawyer advising on new AZ law. You need to move out of town to grow legally. You haven't done your homework.

Omg youre an idiot. Please just stop.

I have done all my homework. I have the last 2 legal documents pertaining to the marijuana laws in hard copy in front of me right now.

Youre referring to the Medical Marijuana Act. In 2019 voters passed the Smart and Safe Act. This is what allows cultivation.

I even highlighted the clauses that applied and posted it for ya

Lmao at you using some lawyers advertisement as your source lol.. They want monies from dummies like you

No one said you can possess pounds...

Now youre trying to back peddle.

You said you cant cultivate unless youre more than 25 miles from a dispensary.

Youre wrong.

And ive now asked you 3 times to stop commenting in my threads

Nothing that comes out of your mouth is accurate or remotely helpful

Youve been reported too.

The information youre spewing is wrong and now youre trying to find random shit off the internet to support the bullshit coming out of your mouth

I live here and have spent extensive time reading the laws and legislation. Just admit youre a tool and go back to trolling other newcomers

You should just put me on ignore. I just don't want people to get in trouble for doing what they THOUGHT was legal. If you think a successful 9 x5 in your rented apartment is anyway doable-you're nuts. That's pounds a month.

Its not only doable. Its being done all over the state right now as you post about how no one can do it. and ill be starting mine very soon as well.

It is Legal. Ive even posted 2 TIMES the actual legal document.. ya know, THE LAW. Not some shady lawyers advertisements like youre posting.

The law here is 12 plants. (6 per adult. Max 12)

Youre making yourself look dumber and dumber every single day.

Im not worried about a cop coming into my house and checking how much dry bud I have... I been on this Earth for 33 years and have never once heard of this happening unless another crime is being committed and even then it must be a related crime
