Yeah I see my fungi producing many metabolites when contaminated. There are a lots of natural treatments for us to learn from. I know pheromones released by plants attract certain bugs also. And certain plants produce them that repel certain insects.

This is a great discussion guys. This is how debates should be... based on information, experience and results. Good on you all for staying constructive and furthering knowledge.
I got some enzymes im going to makea spray with them...enzi med enzymes for aiding digestion. I take one or 2 a week...ill try this gotta get the ratio down

Can enzymes destroy the leaf cutical? We used them in a medical ckeaning comp i worked for a few years ago...it ate grease off the plastic and it was never enough to destroy it. It ate into it about .005" that was it. QA would test the depth it ate into the plastic at. It passed! If i get the ratio right im fine.

Enzymatic activity is no doubt useful in insect control. I think the main principles involve either digesting the integument (exoskeleton, eggs) as stated in the article, or by simply blocking digestion of plant materials, keeping the bugs from digesting the plant, then simply dying from starvation. That's the basics behind these types of approaches.

That's exactly what I've tried to do with my formula I'm currently using also.... Digest the integlument and block digestion.

I really need to get my product on the market so it's actually in people's hands and they can evaluate if for themselves. It works, it's extremely effective, and it's also a bio stimulant. It helps on multiple fronts, and bugs are simply one of them. I'm pretty much past the testing stages, and I've balanced the formula to the point were it won't burn/injure the plant. Sure would be nice to have an good infestation to try it on....

Maybe I should send you some for evaluation. These russet/broad mites are some of the toughest customers. There worse than all the others combined, IMO. Where are you located?
Theres already a product out there...lol....no means to burst your bubble...they cant label it as an insecticide for some reason...ill get you a link.

This product needs serious dillution before use on plants. Its for hair, skin, luandry, carpets, etc

My friends infestation isnt nearly as bad as this...id send it to the op...the issue my boy is having isnt bad they just sit in the apicals come out rarely from what hes saying. Ive told him let them come out spray with alcohol 50 50...hes been doing it keeping the hydrated and everything was going ood til he busted out the oil based stuff. The plants got a little beat up...essentria ic3 is what he used in conjunction with the alcohol. He mis understood what intold him. Intold him essentrai isnt supposed to be used on plants says so in the instructions. I said just a tsp er quart to start with. He got over zealous and said fuck it....this is why i dont grow the plant...i couldnt have the paitentce for these types of shitty situations. Id flipp and throw it away!

Im going to use just lost coast after this week to up to crop day. What ph should the water be? Also do u think its a good idea if i should spray with hot water like 120f ? I read online that i could have put the clones i grabbed in 115f in 15 mins and it would kill the russet mites.
Yikes! 😲 I think if you're making a nice steeping HOT cup of Cannabis TEA to drink...For safety wise, the way I look at it, if it's bad for me, then it may be bad for our plants too, depends what it is, but yeah...I'm pretty sure I don't want to be a HOT cup tea...😅

Anything that stresses the plant will cause a proportionate defensive response. Increased trichomes are the major part of that defense.

Ive noticed that my plants thats in front of my ac is not infested due to cold air. I sprayed azamax 4 times every other day and some plants seemed to slow down but theres still a few that isnt working on them which i find odd. Next spray im using is plant therapy. I have really big trees so its super hard to control. But im not giving up without a fight!! Im going to look into pure crop 1. Worst case scenario if my trees look like theyre about to die without sounding pessimistic ill spray with avid and call it a day and wont be smoking my product at all 😭

Get in there. Where clean clothes and wash them after. And remove almost all the foliage. Pull off as many leaves as you reasonably can. Spray. If you have CO2. Gas em if you can. Dust with Diatomaceous earth. Best you can do

Guys 10k ppm is fine. I think your mixing co2 up with carbon monoxide. Now 1% co2 is 10,000ppm. Yeah prob don't want to live in that but it's not going to kill you.

Avid will do little to nothing but slow them down if you dont follow up with forbid f4. Id use this as a learnong experience and get in touch with @Frankster for his solutuon of enzymes hes come up with he offered me but i dont grow the plant and my friend has his "managed". The ac is cold so they dont gpmtnere they like it warm about 80ish humidity im not sure. Some say dry others say humid... the plants are slowing down because they have been infected with the bugs toxin. Its been designed to kill cannabis. Enzymes are what frankster and i were talking about. Enzymes are the best choice to after its cuticle layer. I would try that. Hydrozyme sensizyme cannazyme etc. Then once this layer is disrupted its easy to drown them. How long does this enzyme have to be on the insect is up for debate. Ive been looking but have yet to find info on that issue...

This is a serious outbreak take advantage of the offer. Or make your own

Lol...for sure its 85% saturation to kill pigs...1% aint going to kill anyone! Just throwing this out there. Its going to be more like 24 to 48 hours! Thrips take 12 these are like a 1/10 the size meaning they can hide better in the apicals....id say the 24 to 48 hrs...lol

10k ppms sounds too extreme lmao u sure itll get the job done? Im not trying to breathe that in
No worries here guy...room must be sealed up tight...if you could build an air tight box you could do them 2 at a time 1 which ever. Then move them into a new room...my money says some might head for the soil. Fall off plant into soil and hide then come back! These things are borgs in a way...avid without firbid follow up will make them resistant...js
