Its a sealed room, plants spaced 48" on center, with co2 burner 2 ton split AC and 200 pints perday quest dehumidifiers.

Everything is automated and set within a 5-10% deadband
How many sf?

I've never grown autos only reg seed.

I do 1 big plant per light, have 10 foot ceiling.
Have you measured the DLI at the canopy? Maybe light is to high if you aren't getting the density you want. One light per plant seems more adequate.

Not when considering you have a separate veg area and bloom area. Besides most people are limited to 6-12 plant counts or even less.
I'm allowed 6 veg and 6 flowering. I have a 1 x 2 for veg and a 2 x 4 for flower. Together they can produce 6lbs/yr in 10sqft. IDK how that would be possible growing big plants. If you know how, I'm all ears.

Not possible with that amount of space, you'd need at a minimum 10 sf for each plant, a 9 week vegged plant topped multiple times is like 3 feet wide with 40+ tops before it even goes into flower.

Exactly, big plants waste time and space. My 4oz plants only need 2 sqft each.

Here's one 7 weeks into flower that was vegged for 9 weeks looks like only a 3 oz plant. Branches grew lanky buds are sparse and small.
But to be fair this is my first run under 480 watt QB lights
Thats a very sativa plant. Has all the signs. That plant looks like it's starving. Pics not clear but all sorts of blotchy and spotty stuff going on with the leaves and other issues. Good sativas can be on the hard side to grow. There like teenage girls with raging hormones. Also some sativas with old world genetics can go easy 14 to 18 week in flower. I've had some go 20 weeks or better. How can you be doing a CO2 grow without knowing your PPFD? PAR charts and other testing is not good enough to balance out a CO2 grow especially if the plants are nut job sativas. Thats like playing pin the tail on the donkey or whack a mole. Poking and guessing is a hard way to go. What QB 480 watt light are you using? If it's not a HLG it's a china knock off light masquerading as a QB board light.

What PAR meter would you recommend for LED, was looking at buying one but seem to be only calibrated for sunlight.

I wouldn't buy a par meter. You can download a free smart phone app. Here's the one I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.homestudio.ppfdmeter&hl=en_US&gl=US

You'll need to calibrate it for it to work properly. While the accuracy might be a bit different from one phone to another, it will give you a ballpark idea using ppfd readings. Par meters are much more useful for photography than they are for plants.

I agree with this! After you calibrate your phone, you are golden! I use Photone! Here is a video on youtube that helped me get it set up.

Thanks ill give that a shot. But what ppfd measurements should I be at in flower with co2 @1000 ppm?

This really isn't in my realm of knowledge.. But quoted from; https://www.mars-hydro.com/info/what-ppfd-for-weed

"Under supplemental CO2 operations, cannabis typically needs a PPFD of between 800 - 1,000 μmol/m2/s during vegetation and 1,000 - 1,500 μmol/m2/s during flowering. Generally, growers will not add supplemental CO2 in seedlings.

Beware that a CO2 level of 1,000 - 2,000ppm during flower will help increase your plant growth while the temperature is rising at the same time. A comfortable CO2 range is better not to exceed 1,500ppm."
