Res temps 83f id say this is proof temps do NOT create root rot. Pics of the 2 front plants roots. You cant really see but they extend quite far into the water and cant really see in the picsView attachment 1278606View attachment 1278607
83f RZT - gawh dayum

Ok ok so it’s not enough oxygen for the rootzone that could be a main culprit? Besides bacterias?

Its looking that way but still needs data and replication to validate that before claiming it as fact. However i feeling very strongly about it as of now
It seems apparently so, and these passed experiments with my aero/hydro and seeing y’all’s dwcs and other Aeros, seems the variables that change the most, are all in the root zone, ie, gas exchange/oxygen access

They are loving it, those are some healthy pure white lookin roots lol

Looking good man, can’t wait to get my hands on one of these systems

Curious if you’re using 34% h202 to also introduce o2 or, seems I burned them with mine, definitely didn’t have other variables correct though either, and playing with pool shock lol

Only other time I saw this type of growth was on icmag - a tag / aero thread - from 2005 when they were figuring it out - about 10-20 day veg times, otherwise they’d get too big for the system.

Nope just 30 ml of orca… no sterile products just beneficial bacteria

Thats the goal here… reducing the limiting factors of growth and quantifying and controlling them with tech and data
Data data data

I’m curious as fuck about the numbers
just how much oxygen do the roots want? - how is it quantified/measured?

How much is too much?

We need tissue samples for these kinds of things as well huh?

Can’t wait to see this all unfold

Give us the data lol 😉
