I'm with ya and ehhh either would I if really had a feasible choice. In order to maintain 75-76 during any season in Arizona would require my portable AC unit to be used or my house AC, both of which are not cool to use like now since it is cold and rainy out. The temp swings here are uuuuge and the extra 5 degrees here and there is a trade off I am willing to make sometimes not to be freezing inside my crib. The whole downstairs is 18 travertine tile and gets cold af and upstairs is carpet and hot af. Poor insulation and ventilation for the house itself makes any individual room very tough to control.I never go above 75-76 in flower as the transpiration rate with the light maxxed out means at 76+ you would need a very high humidity to maintain proper vpd, so I would really try to keep it 76 and below if possible. Other than that, I guess the idea that "less is more" really is true with these plants as Im learning myself. That plants leaves look fine to me, and as you know new growth is always gonna be lighter color. But if its not darkening up as it grows, then I would think it needs more nitrogen, or something your giving them is making them not absorb enough nitrogen, MOST times Ive read about its PH. Might as well call growing "ph management" its so important. What Im doing is cutting down on all my supplements, running basic nutrients, and am only gonna add new stuff once I get the basic nutrients down pat. You could do similar, but then again we all have different ways of getting to harvest! Its cool u are trying, never know unless you try :D
Yeah less is more for sure. Thought I was and whoops lol. Yeah I totally thought this was Nitrogen deficiency as well and added a fairly small amount of neem seed meal to the top soil and things have gotten worse.
Yup PH. I 100% agree it is where my problem starts and ends. Been fighting it since day 1 at every turn. Going to pull the scrog and blumats and give 6.5 RO with 250ppm cal-mag as buffer at slow pace until I get run-off. Based on the run-off I'm going to whip up a batch of clean water in a 20 gal tub and and place air stones in it and place the whole plant inside that for maybe 15-30 min to agitate the possible "lock-out" I feel I have. This is what has happened almost every grow I feel. Lock-out due to PH swings, overwatering, nute burn from too much extra shit I guess. I'm like battin 1000%
