When they are very small, I use a small soda bottle with small holes drilled in the lid so I can squirt the water gently around without flooding the container and knocking them down, because I still want to saturate, just very slowly... then I wait like a week till they're dry... time is dependent on environment and container size of course.I had just sprayed her down before taking the picture, she was really light….since we’re on that subject (kind of) what’s your guys preferred way of watering seedlings?
Currently I’m going by weight (I’m actually weighting them) and then spraying soil with a bottle….
They’re so delicate (this is my second grow) I worry about the dreaded “over love” why being cautious of pure neglect
When I get weary of the mainstream cable news, I switch to BBC for a change. Or, my new favorite is a cable channel called “Pattrn” (appears to be related to Weather channel)—lots of NASA film from the ISS, college student shorts, climate related stuff from around the world. Perfect for a smoky wind-down before bed.

Morning, I've been up with the birds since they started chirping this spring... and slept like absolute shit last night... took me like 2 hours to fall asleep, then woke up at midnight, 2, 3, 4, 5 and up at 6:30 with the kiddo... of course, because I wanted to do manual labor in the garden today, now I'm tired and cunty.Morning all & big
Still cold but above 5* and not raining ATM. Went to bed early but woke at 4:30am. Now I’m trying to stay awake with coffee.
Treated myself to a Dunkin latte instead of making my own because it felt like too much effort. Forecast says rain now anyway. Thursday and Friday look good, but of course I have to work those days. I'm going to have to suck it up and bust out the poncho or my garden will never be prepped. Still have a bunch of other yard cleanup to do as well, plus I wanted to plant some perennial seeds that I have and some gladiolus... oh and my house is just always in need of some kind of cleaning.Sorry...but it’s true. Misery does like company.

Yeah it's been in the 30s at night here too... worried that some of my perennials that came up during that week of 70 degree weather, are gonna get frozen, but they seem ok so far... suppose I could cover them, but that would require effort on my part lol. They're probably used to the crazy weather by now.
