Yeah I’m thinking about reinstalling an over under setup, doing low flyers on the bottom and 3 ft plants on the top shelf, shelving set at 3 1/2 ft from the floor, 4K worth of leds on the top and 4K on the bottom, I’ve done it before, I have ventilation ports pre installed in 3 different spots for heat evac, i want 2 s.o.g’s. It’s lofty with the 170 ladies, I may have to use my other room for some of them. I’ll keep this thread going as I progress over the next few weeks.

I did something similar but on a much smaller scale last fall. I started 4 moms and then took a total of 64 cuttings in 2 runs. I gave away 32 of those clones to my son in law and some friends of mine and grew out the rest ... then flipped the 4 moms and flowered them as well. That kept me busy enough and its only a small fraction of what you're attempting to do ... I started in late September and didn't finish until March. I took a couple of weeks off to resupply and deep clean and then started my outdoor plants for the spring.

My wife and I had a lot of fun with it ...

I can’t ever seem to leave well enough alone. I’m always messing with my grow space and change it almost every harvest. It’s a quest to see what can truly be done with less. I’m using 3/4 gallon pots for this grow round. Going the sea of green route I can fit 76 pots on each shelf, so I’m gonna have some stragglers, I always have a few bonus plants to bless homies anyways, I’ve done a few mom runs too, they are a lot of fun, I usually keep 2 going in my tent but wifey took that over for Swiss chard babies, either way this one will be interesting trying to fit that 50 lbs of shit in this 5 lb bag. Any ideas on foldable/collapsible shelving spanning 4 x 10ft would be rad, I’m open to any and all ideas, I’m thinking steel grating in 2x4 sections on hinges that fold to the wall, this is for pot removal and maintenance on feed days, I’m all about cost effectiveness. Any idea is a good idea……

I’m excited too man, still have some kinks to work out, but it all looks good in my head. When do you think I should flip? I just topped all of the larger/midsize plants to 18 tops a lady, figured I’d let those smaller plants catch up for a little while, don’t plan on topping or fimming any of the smaller ones so by the time the new top sites for o figure the small ones will be in full veg by then, that’s when I’m thinking I’ll flip to flower….any advice? Shots in the dark?
