Nice
Fairly even canopy, I need to do a little LST on the one reading 963, get it moved out a little will drop it down hopefully in the 800s then I can drop the light a bit and try to get them all to 900 ish range. But I'm lazy today, maybe tomorrow.Nice

Okay let me figure out how to check that lmao.sent ya a PM
Every aspect should always be on the table for improvement. There could always be multiple minor things going on, things out of range to get back into range. Hopefully he'll keep posting pics and updates through it.I still thing the droopiness is his high temps, but I think the yellowing bottom leaves is the PH, he said he was going to adjust the pH, sadly I think he is going to need a cooler.light, or add an AC to his grow to get rid of the droopiness. But either way they don't look horrible, they don't even look bad. But I think there is room for improvement.
You water 2gallons to a 3gallon pot....?I have a tray under mine and disregard the runoff every time, 3 gallon pot feed 2 gallons once every 4 days now, with about 1 quart (1/4 gallon runoff) gotta get that salt out of there.
Yeah I don't like watering often usually I was doing 5-7 days between watering but it's speeding up now she is in flower. I use pro mix premium moisturizing potting soil, which has no soil, lol.You water 2gallons to a 3gallon pot....?
I don't water for runoff, in fact I aim for no runoff. I want to water just before that point. Once in a while a few drops of pee will drizzle out of the bottom/side holes and I'll know that that was just a little much.....but I'm hardly feeding. I use large pots, rich soil with lots of nutrient-rich amendments. And I transplant into those pots halfway through the veg cycle so the plants take a while to start draining nutrients. So I really don't have to flush any buildup that doesn't build up.........I will need to get my Ph down a little somewhere in the beginning to middle of flowering. I'm at that point right now. This is where I start adding just some feeding olus the Ph down.
If the soil in a pot is still a bit moist about halfway down, 2 quarts is plenty of water. If the soil is drying out nearly all the way down, 3 quarts. I can always come back hours later and give a little more.
Also I feed liquid ferts every water, the only time she got regular water was the 2 transplants and when she didn't have any real leaves yet, but once the two real leaves got decent size she started getting feed, now it's spreading up more then 5 days I might switch to a feed water schedule depending on ppm in runoff. You water 2gallons to a 3gallon pot....?

They do drink a lot of water when in flower. Sounds like you let them dry back real good before watering again, your lady looks bad ass, I wouldn't change a thing, just like you mentioned though, check the pH of your runoff, if it's within a normal range your good. (5.8-6.2) Now if your getting 4.5 or 8.5 readings...yikes..Yeah I don't like watering often usually I was doing 5-7 days between watering but it's speeding up now she is in flower. When I used soil it was one gallon for the 3 gallon pot.
Check it everytime. Last one was 5.85 and it's been very steady at that, but that potting mix does have like to controle the pH.They do drink a lot of water when in flower. You have a nice spread and open in the middle, I think that is fucking great.Fairly even canopy, I need to do a little LST on the one reading 963, get it moved out a little will drop it down hopefully in the 800s then I can drop the light a bit and try to get them all to 900 ish range. One of my earlier grows I was very heavy on the defoliation, I felt it slowed growth and over all hurt my yield. My colas were not as big as I would have liked. ( They never are.) So this time I am going with the very minimal defoliation and see what happens. I need to see it happen. Yes I agree I should have been a bit more aggressive but I'm still trying to find myself when it comes to defoliation. Will have to see how this plays out then I can make adjustments if I need to. It has good air flow and light penetration, but it does have some lower branches I think will she will use some energy, when she probably should be focusing that on the main colas. You have a nice spread and open in the middle, I think that is fucking great.
I have a partner who does much of the trim labor and is a little more er say aggressive on those fan lives. "They" say they sap energy from the stretch and all, but damned they grow more.
Anyway every grow gets better
I am growing 3 autos in my 4x4 with a minimum of trim and lst. I will open the middle mostly with the training but will remove those who get too big or shade buds. I think light should get to the soil, it is a good habit, like right foot braking, and important for longer grows with photos for mold. One of my earlier grows I was very heavy on the defoliation, I felt it slowed growth and over all hurt my yield. Time will tell.
Organic vs Synthetic = different watering habits. We're gonna confuse the OP..Reading some the comments I see there are some varying water habits for us who grow in pot/bags, though bags do dry a bit faster.
I grow in bags and at the peak thirst I was giving 3 liters every other day. The atmosphere was a 4x8 with 7 plants. I had to use a dehumidifier because my lung room is my basement with a humidity in the high 50s often. I have 2 meters but I know now when a pot feels light, and I use the first joint. Because I use a living soil method, I don' water until runoff but will often poor water in tray
Yeah there are things that take care of themselves that I don't have to do. But I'm barely halfway there. This whole "living soil" thing, enzymes, bacteria, this mulvic and slavic acid stuff........I've never even used fish emulsion or seaweed. All of these things are on my agenda........rabbit poop. Someone here does rabbit poop. I'll do rabbit poop.beauty of organics
