Yeah it is to a degree. I usually do light defoliation once a week. No noticable stress to the plant. Just so much and I feel if I did a heavier defol to get her right in one go is enough stress to affect her. I will do havy heavy defoliation the last week or two to boost the trichome production. Plus my pumpkin patch is getting PM so I'm also taking the infected leaves out before it spreads to my girls.

Yes I have two like that. And I am fighting the Bud rot. The zerotol helps but I'm still getting rot and I'm still a good ways away from the finish line. Maybe a month to go.
