If I saw a drone flying me, I would start carrying my shotgun! It may be illegal to grow here, but it’s legal to shoot here!

The problem is when you shoot down a police drone they gonna come at you hard. Federal law says you can't shoot it down or jam its signal.

Drone seemed to be scoping my yard this morning 😡

I had this problem this week I think it was the police I'm honestly considering filing a lawsuit against the city for it. There's already a big fight and lawsuit in Michigan regarding the use of drone by the state/police. My lawyer is already asking for the LEO drone license and trying to track down the flight plan as I'm in restircited airspace. If I can I'm going to sue them for harrasment maybe even some more stuff as i paid a ton of $$ for my privacy by building a fence. Being in USA it might be a little different law wise but definitely something to look into. But here it's clearly breaking our 4th amendment and if they want to hover over my backyard to take count of my plants or whatever they need to serve me a search warrant.

But in the meantime I bought some drone deterrents. I got some IR strobe lights that will hopefully block or atleast distort out any cameras. I put them all around my plants and put my drone up for a second to test if i could see and it worked pretty well. However I'm sure the police have some different equipment than my personal drone.

If it’s over your private property out of the city you can accidentally shoot it down. In the city your fucked!
But if you damage your neighbors property you are liable for the damage.
I had this issue and called the county sheriff to see what could be done.

The next generation that will nome of this
I support you my guy. I've done the same for my little ones. I joke around and say my kid will be 5 years old already growing trees like a pro lol. My young great niece loves flowers and gardens. She always wants to come see my medicine flowers and she really loves the smell. I really believe with the times changing and people opening up their minds more to cannabis, I would prefer to normalize growing cannabis at home. It's a medicine yet helps reduce stress. Just growing it does that for a lot of people. I feel like the more normalize it is more acceptable. It is. You will see major steps in advancement of growing from the next generation. I'll truly believe if we normalize it now, teach our children without the laws getting involved, then by the time they're old enough, you'll probably see some crazy new strains and crazy THC content.

Unfortunately I experience the same problem yesterday. We have a lot of rain coming our way. A lot of humidity this hurricanes about to cause a lot of bad weather for our area. Unfortunately I had a chop over half the plant yesterday because of the bud rot issues. I went out this morning and the places that absolutely did not have any rot had rot so I'm going to end up having to chop the whole entire plant within the next day or two. So unfortunately, if it eat up that bad you're probably going to have to cut it all down. You can cut out the bad parts and treat them with a 50/50 solution of peroxide on water. But unless you can get them in a dry area you might as well look at chopping them. Sorry to let you know that not unless somebody else has any miracle here to get rid of all the rot.
Thanks for the advice my man. I think Im gonna have to chop it in a few days

Do you mean I don’t own the air space up 1000 feet vertically from my property lines? LOL. Whatever happened to invasion of privacy? Or illegal search and seizure? Fuck that! If I see a drone over my property is coming down!
Yes you do,
Fire a weapon in city limits the DA will press charges for unlawful discharge of a firearm in city limits.

Yeah we need to make a property no flight zone. If we own our land, we should be able to make rules about flying in our property.

Well I end up chopping the rest of my plant this evening. All together I'll probably lost about a quarter pound to about 6 oz of dry weight just from the rot. When you go outdoors sometimes it just happens. If you don't do it then you're a lobby. Will lose all the plants instead of some. I just hope my stuff is mature enough that I can get something out of it. I'm afraid at this point it's going to be no more potent than CBD flower, but I'll find out when it all dries out

I’m outside the city limits on 5 acres but should do my due diligence on drone laws! Maybe I’ll drive down to the sheriff department tomorrow and ask around! But till then, the drone comes down if I can reach it! I’ll deal with the consequences just like I deal with the consequences of growing it illegal weed!
