In a tent, it is probably more of an ambient humidity reading. You find out the real humidity of the bud in a bag or jar with a couple of hygrometers! Needs to be in an enclosed place to get an accurate reading. With no outside interference!

Ok I have the hygrometer in there it's at 62 and seems to be staying there ..I have the tent door halfway zipped up and halfway open with the fan running.. I'll see if it keeps going up ..I can zip the tent all the way up but idk if it'd raise the humidity or what

Dry it out and package. Into the freezer until you wish to process. I would just toss moldy trim personally, I’m not sure it’s worth the effort depending…..

Ok it's not moldy just wonder, and the Grove bag went up to 63 I took em out and the buds are all on a tray stacked can that cause mold?

At 63%? Why? as long as it’s not hot as hell, you are gravy, now I dont use those, but that’s what you want.

If they went from 61 to 63 in a matter of minutes, I’ll bet you’re probably actually 70 to 75. Leave them in the bag and see how high it goes. You can pull them out. Shit doesn’t happen that fast!

Ok I took em out and let em sit for a min then back it .it's down to 58 again ..

And I thought over 62 you have to open em ..good to know that i dont....what humidity would be too high like 68 or so ?
Hope that me opening the bag a few times doesn't ruin the cure

I think it's good now .. I got what looks like 1 n half to 2 oz off this plant 🔥 one more to harvest next week

Leave them in the bag for five or six hours! Then check it. If it’s way up high, pull them out and let them dry for eight hours. And put them back in and check them in 12 hours. If there’s way high pull them out and let them sit for a while. You’ll never get a decent reading by putting them in and taking them out constantly. You have to give them time to give you a decent reading. It’s probably humid where you are so they’re not gonna dry out very fast anyway when they’re outside. Think in terms of eight hour cycles or something.

Do you remember the episode of cops, deputy pulls over a good ol boy, has a joint rolled, tucked in his ear. Coo walks up starts shooting the shit, plays it cool, starts talking about fishing and hanging with the boys, he inevitably winds the convo to, when you where fishing, where you and your buddies maybe partaking In some of the ol giggle bush? Good ol boy starts on the whole “no sir, never in my life, I’m a god fearing man, but more than all I fear my momma, she doesn’t stand for it” the deputy starts chuckling, he draws a big sigh, and plucks the joint out from behind dudes ear, he turns as red as a fucking fireball jawbreaker, and says “well, I’m going to hell!” I’ll never forget that shit…..hilarious!

One day he will look back on his first year and laugh his ass off! Probably the most common new grower problem! Overthinking it combined with extreme paranoia! L O L! Right on brother! On patrol is great! Kind of reminds me of my dumb ass back in the day! Anytime they take a week off I am bummed! L O L
