Please be aware that those cheap hydrometers are probably no better than +-3%, maybe even 5%. (Used to work for a calibration company). Maybe have a look at a video or two on the grove site.

Yea the bud just seems to still have some moisture or it's just really fuckin sticky...I'm letting it sit out for a bit

Is it normal for fresh harvested weed to be so sticky that to break it apart it's almost like you have to peel it apart? After cure? It sat in grove bags for like a week the rest is back in the grove bag now just wondering
Normal, its like a fresh coat of varnish. Curing hardens the trichs and resins slowly. I find fresh is very zippy, lay in bed staring at the ceiling stuff.
