yo rq. Wouldn’t a female herm produce a female plant? Like if you tried growing the seed. Ugh it’s weird how I came to this. So if a plant herms based on genetics the seed you get from the herm could be either male or female. But if it herms from stress wouldn’t those seeds be female? Am I making sense ?

Yes, seeds would be all fems but they would also be predisposed to herm. I've only messed with seeds from 1 herm, an auto that smelled/tasted like dirty dishwater. I removed one ball from her and it produced 27 seeds. Popped seeds and grew them out 3 times. No herms or more seeds and none ever came close to to smelling/tasting like mama. Still got a few seeds but won't bother at this point.

I just got a new light vipar spectra xs1500 pro might be a little too bright now that youre saying it

I just set it down from 75% to 50%
Hope it might do the trick
It doesnt really seem so bright but apparently photon density and ppfd is muuch higher with this light than the other one i had before so i just gotta get used to it

I use that light, it can COOK some plants. The light spread is way way better than any quantum board I've ever had. Such an awesome light. Hopefully that will fix things for you

She’s pulling mobile nutrients from her older leaves and dropping them when they are empty, could be a nutrient lock out? What type of soil and food are you using?
