it works well enough, about as well as any other single all encompassing dry nutrient. It's just really hard to make a good, all encomasing single formula, because so many things the plants want, if you are going synthetic feed routes, are reactive together. This is the origin of the good ole 3 part lineup everyone used to start with, whether fox farm, GH flora, botanicare, whatever lmao. You could get a much fuller, all bases covered package with a multi part.

She was using the all purpose, and good luck taking a plant through flower with that stuff lmao. its like 28-8-10 or something absurd like that. Ok for veg, if used lightly.

If you mix different ratios of their all purpose, bloom booster, and vege/tomato water soluable feed, you can do very well with miracle grow, you just have to make sure you prevent soil acidification through salt build ups (flush often) and give a good long thorough flush before harvest. Just about ay 3 part on the market will out perform it, but it can work just fine.

Thats what i was going to have this friend do if she wouldnt come off the miracle grow. But i think ive got her a simple partially organic regiment put together from the home depot's inventory by her, which was what her only prerequisite/line drawn ended up being ("Im not going to multiple stores for plant stuff" lol)

As long as your soil is half decent you can take a cannabis plant of any size through flower with just kelp and a good PK feed. Shell be using whatever brand kelp home depot has and Alaska More Bloom lol. compared to all purpose miracle grow, night and day difference, literally overnight, but thats mainly because the plant's going into flower and the NPK ratios just went way more appropriate.

My big issue with miracle grow personally, is that the company does not disclose to the consumer that their dollars are going to Monsanto, they actually try and hide it. Scotts too. Thats the root of the cannabis world's hatred for MG too so far as im aware. As a fertilizer, its fine. It works good, you just gotta watch for salt build up in container with it. I used it all the time as a broke teenager with no rides anywhere. They sell it at dollar general lmao.

^Yet another unpopular *truth* to speak though lmao.

P.S. Botanicare is also owned by Monsanto now, and i know they've been trying to buy GH too. Their name isn't Monsanto anymore either they changed it to avoid consumer backlash as they acquired more companies under their umbrella. Idr what it is right off hand though lol. I also forget which one's, but some of the yard equipment manufacturers are under their corporate umbrella now too.

My current run I’m playing around with

12 gallon pot
27 TBS Gaia green 2-8-4
15 TBS Gaia green 4-4-4
4 cups earthworm castings
Gypsum
Epsom
Azomite

On top of that I’ve been feeding the fox farms trio part 2&3 micro and bloom, 3ml micro and 7ml bloom per gallon of water (but under half dose rating) once per week, between that they’ll get the OG organics tea and a shot of cal mag even though the micro and bloom have it in it already, so far no discoloration no nitrogen tox, no fading or burnt tips just happy stacking, just seeing how they react to the added synthetics on top of my normal feed is interesting the stacking is much heavier as well,

Now l, the cman x okie 1 gal plant I used the same amendment ratios but added kelp meal and fish bone meal and will only water with the OG organics tea and any organic teas I make and see how she likes it but I plan to keep her organic and play with ratios then repeat with the 1 gallon plant and see what i can improve without the synthetics

Actual time spent working on the thing, that one, prob a couple days. But i tend to go back and forth between projects, ill have idea, go back and tinker, leave a project part done, go to other ones, so it's really hard to actually say. That first one was prob in my recent projects folder for 3 or 4 months. I was trying to make a trancy track that never once repeated itself, while feeling exactly the same start to finish, while also bringing two very distinct sounds together as a kinda intermission track.

The second link, the track thats a looping excerpt from, ive been working on that track alone for about 2 years now. Getting good at mastering a mixed track so it doesnt feel out of place in a playlist of other music, now thats an exercise in futility and patience for sure.
Let us know when the EP releases. Good stuff.

One thing I can say about the community here is people here are a lot nicer, much cooler peeps to hang out with here. I believe in propping people up and not dissing them with rude comments. If you see something wrong instead of being a dbag, help someone with knowledge!
That’s how we like the community, no help in a toxic environment, we don’t care if people disagree, it happens, but it’s usually to a benefit a common ground is reached or common consensus of the issue, especially in this field so many ways to grow so much to learn, those who read the comments then actually spend time researching it to find out why that’s the fix for the issue are those that improve over time and become a resource to the community

Heads up for anyone and everyone that uses Amazon.

I've been hearing rumors about bedbugs, but saw a video today confirming it. These specific hubs are in KY, but we all know how bedbugs work. I also know how much of a trash human bezos is. He isn't paying to treat any of these facilities properly or adequately. This woman, not in KY, stated she got them in September of last year from a package. Took months to get rid of and over 5k.

I wouldn't be opening any packages in my home or even putting them inside my home. Not much makes my skin crawl, but bedbugs is up high on that list.
Hell no. Thanks for the heads up.

Man so many horror movies start out so promising and then 2/3 the way through they take a hard left like its not even the same author. I am not picky about my horror either but be consistant! I love a good camp horror but I hate when a movie starts out giving authentic creeps than switches to camp part way through. Lazy writing?

Whats your favourite horror movies?
As far as campy horror movies go, the girlfriend is the utmost authority in this department and first thing she recommends is killer clowns from outer space. Also any of the old or newer creep shows and tales from the crypt.

I was young like 9 when candy man came out omg scared the crap out of me then . Watched it again few years back and I was like why did this scare me as a kid I guess it’s because I’ve actually seen the place idk
Legit first horror movie that ever scared me too, watched it at a jr high school party and the girl who hosted it had a giant surround sound stereo and I sat right next to one of the speakers, I was scared to use the bathroom for days after seeing that movie!

I love the oldies but they are absolutely not scary at all. Slasher films never usually get me unless they throw in a good jump scare. Its the paranormal ones that have any chance of scaring me but I like all horror, even bad ones lol.

Cabin in the Woods is probably my favorite overall but not scary. It's so well done and absolutely hilarious.
The fifth kind, getting goosebumps just thinking about the hypnosis sessions and the ancient Sumerian. The Conjuring series is pretty legit too, based on actual events.

Is this bud rot? I've searched here and Google. Can a plant's leaves yellow and then die off while in flower and that be a natural part of the process or does it always mean bud rot? Sorry, but I can't find a clear answer.

Now I'm not gonna talk shit or anything.

But after a single feeding with kelp + more bloom, and my friends Biggs plant looks happier then it ever has with the miracle grow shed been using all summer. Happy plants make happy flowers.

I believe she has been converted from her wicked ways 🤣
I use kelp extract for stronger healthier plants, especially during the warmer months it helps with water retention and cell wall strength, also the reason I try to incorporate silica in my mix, but if needed I use mono silic acid for readily available access, vs slow release breakdown. Had to hit the girls with a dose last night.

I believe the line of homegrow nutrients and grow supplies is under the name hawthorn now, but I could be mistaken. Have you ever used anything from Dr earth? I think it’s an organic line of dry amendments that are sold at box stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart.

I preach this everyday, this is nothing like any other social media I’ve ever used. The trainwreck is in full effect cause we keep our egos in check and value each others respect. 🤣 anyone remember this old Adam Sandler tape from the early nineties??

Some of you know me better now so you may actually click (Or maybe not because you know me better now, who knows 🤣)

I do music and mixing and mastering stuffs. Mostly guitar oriented heavy music, but heavily electronic influenced and i also play with sound design and lots of synthesizers. I've gotten pretty damn good at it. Im currently working on an EP im probably going to legitimately release through some streaming/distribution platforms (youtube music, amazon music, spotify etc)

This is a 100% synth track ive fully mixed and mastered. (playable in browser without signing up, promise)

This ones heavy as f*ck. partially mastered, repeating demo loop im using to write some lead/solo melodies with. *Live mic'd guitars, bass, and drums* (this is a demo mix, Not releasing the track in full til the EP is finished. It and the arbor will prob be "singles" if you can even call them that anymore lol)

And this is a local band ive been recording, mixing, and mastering, ive been trying to get their singer up here for ages to finish the mix, but i think hes a bit intimidated by how good its turning out tbh.

I should have an entire EP of my own, as well as a couple EP's ive recorded mixed and mastered from local artists out sometime this winter. If you like rock metal, or electronic music, you may actually dig it. Ive put a long time and a lot of work into getting good at this 😁 if you click, and you can, use good headphones or speakers 😉

@Captspaulding
Thats awesome! The first one is very relaxing : ) the “metal”? Stuff was great!🤘

All different strains. One in the back (blue dream) is starting to look like a vine lol. Really don’t have the room to tie it back down so just letting them do their thing.

I would definitely give you anxiety with my mix, I just eye ball it and when I do measure I guesstimate a number. I way way undershoot the gaia reccomendation because I mix in other stuff.

Tried craft blend, put some outdoors, seems to be legit . Hope all is well Mikedin!! our resident scientist👍

1g groove weld. 7018 stick
Thats great man! Are you running that all the way through? when I practiced and tested on that stuff I was doing both 6010 root and hot pass backed and non backed. 7018 was hella hard for me to run in any position, but once I got it figured out it was no problem! Still took some glob drops to the chest and back doing the overhead shit😖😂 great skill to have! Keep up the good work! Maybe an update post on your bend test? No pressure though! : )✌️

Just book marked for when I’m at work, I always have music playing at work, but when I’m home I’ve got less access to music due to my girlfriend almost always having the tv on, it’s horrible she’s been watching Beverly Hills 90210 reruns for two weeks straight now. Don’t ever waste your time watching that trash, Goonies yes, Godfather at least the first and second one, the third wasn’t as good. I only know about 2001 space oddity because of Phish, never seen the movie. But if you ever watch the Godfather movies, they made a miniseries recently about the process of getting the first movie green lit by paramount studios called the Offer. It was a really good show, Miles Teller is the main character and that dude is awesome to watch, as a musician you might appreciate his movie Whiplash, it’s about a music school teacher who pushes his students beyond their preconceived limits to bring out the best in them, Teller plays an aspiring jazz drummer and his teacher who is played by JK Simmons is an absolute asshole but he pushes him to a higher level than any other student prior, great fucking movie. Any dead head could appreciate the improvised sound of a jazz drummer going ballistic on his drums.
