I smoked my hermi yesterday and it was delicious

Right?! I dont have any problem smoking hermies, I have my method of avoiding grinding seeds. Yours was younger than mine though but I bet it was tasty yes, also you catched it before the bananas opened I believe. Of course I always aim for a sin semilla grow and most of the times I get it but if you grow for long enough youre gonna have hermies from time to time.
EDIT: Unless you work only with specific strains that are very rare to herm or you keep a mother from a good pheno that is very unlikely to herm. I have 3 Fat Bananas and I know damn well that the chiquita banana lineage gives hermies sometimes but I like that strain, cant find anything similar besides other chiquita banana variants which have the same problem.

If you know me and have seen my previous grows you know that I always feed them as much as I can. I didnt explain in the video why Im not doing that now. Basically is space. I dont mind losing a few leaves, its gonna be defoliated soon anyway and I dont want them to reach the lights. I fed them too much N and hormones and now theyre kinda big for that tent haha. I think Ill manage, the stretch has slowed down and the canopy is fairly even.
Once the stretch is over I will start pushing nutes to the max again.

Looking GOOD man! Bud formation is going well too. My stretch stopped around week 2ish as well. Damn, I gotta start recording videos too hahaha. All you boys been making videos to accompany your posts and now you got me thinking I'm lacking behind .

I also don't have a single problem smoking hermes, I have only ever had a 3 hermes and 2 of them were on the same grow, and I smoked every one of them, I'm no snob with that stuff whats it gonna do? Not be as strong? Ill have it with my morning coffee, problem solved! Just gotta work those seeds out or your joint ember will look like its sending up smoke signals and taste yuck .

If youre lazy like me there's nothing like toping, using a net, scroging a little bit, lollipoping and get a tent full of buds with little effort hahaha. Its not the most efective method but it gives plenty if done correctly. Also it doesnt work as well with tall sativa plants.
Sure man! You should do videos, sometimes I post pics, sometimes videos, sometimes both. Its good for explaining something that would take longer to read in just a minute in the video.
I have tricks for them seeds. I grind very gently, every time I find resistance I open the grinder and extract the seed/s. Then keep grinding gently in case theres any more. I also smash the grinder against the ground so the seeds go through the holes to the lower compartment and I can remove them. When there's many seeds I first grind gently then smash and repeat until there is no more resistance and then I know I can grind hard.

I lollipop myself. I am pretty merciless when it comes to stripping, but I get nervous about heavy defoliations lol. I topped my Kir Royales, and I am gonna top the branches too. Pheno hunt so I have to rough them up a bit to make sure the pheno I pick doesn't herm from typical grower manhandling.

That is one good trick! That grinder trick is something I am going to remember. What I did before was just use my fingers to break it all up, then I would drop it into my bowl waiting for the TINK of seeds then pick em out then grind them up lol. Your grinder trick sounds much better.

These girls got too tall for my liking, a lot of stuff had to be removed, I usually work with shorter strains but I had to try this melonade runtz hahaha. It might look like too much but it aint, check them out after a few weeks:

Thanks! Im gonna cut them tonight that pic is a bit old hahaha. Yeah I think thats the way to go, they dont need to be mantaining leaves and stems that are barely getting any light, its worse for bud development. I like bushy plants too, this matanuska only had toping no lollipoping but because it didnt need it lol, no LST, no lollipoping, just toping. This is a very old grow though.

Its missing 1 cola in the picture where is hanging, the other tall cola that should match the height of the one on the left, couldnt help myself xD
Sometimes I also need to put another net to manage the weight of the buds. In fact the Melonade Runtz have some buds now that are holding for dear life because I only had 2 nets and the second one went to the small indoors. No branch broke luckily and yes, tonight I harvest them. I would take a pic but theyre spending 1 day in darkness because they were under too much heat, letting them regenerate terpenes before cutting.

Damn! She is looking very frosty and yummy I think here our banks copied it and called it blue dream because every time I tried to search for cali blue it ended up showing me results from blue dream from a spanish bank. I have to try that strain some time, I see it a lot in the forum.

blue dream is in the cross for cali blues if I’m not mistaken, and a cali dream? Can’t remember need @Captspaulding to remind my stoner ass, but it was most blueberry of each pheno he’s found

The 3 that were still maturing in the big indoor, I cuted them yesterday night. I was too tired to take pics of the buds, youve seen them in here anyway and they're nothing special in terms of size. Growing at 35ºC is what gives you in summer. I must say they are pretty dense and tasty though. Some are really frosty I might take a couple pics when Im not feeling so lazy.

This is only 3 of them the hermy is already being smoked matured more than 1 week faster. The 4 of them would have been hard to fit yes, but I have some space left behind the textile drier where I could have used more hangers.

You really do hahaha, most of it Im hoping will fit in your tent, is fairly big. But yes if you dont want buds touching each other and knowing where you live you dont, then yes you will probably need to make an improvised second drying area. Your grow is PACKED.

Neither do I, but in your case is much worse my neighboors already make comments when they pass in front of my house about the smell during flower, youre probably scenting the whole neighborhood
