Smoke report!!!!! i cut the smallest most premature branch off the plant. it has alittle over a month left , this shit gets you HIGH AS FUCK! tested it on the room mate he said it was almost as good as top shelf already, every one is very sure that this will be a premeir strain. no solid purple yet all the stems are turning this bright purple and is slowly travling into the leaf. cant wait for some good color change,i got some pics had trouble down loading the pics but will have them posted soon!!!

Holy fuck man that was completely outta line to be talking like that !

It is real tough to sit back and wait for something so cool and unusual, trust me but goddamn. Have some respect, marks for sure not someone you can be calling a bitch. That's just laughable.

I want to get my hands on some african weed as bad as anybody! But he has a point I admit and I know he's not a guy to let the strain fall out of his hands, hence there has been more stock made occasionally.

Bongstar finally here are some leaf profile pics from my blockhead clone. Do you see any resemblance? I admit the foliage could be darker but this beast is eating so much right now it is more grassy green. What I see as similar is the aggressive, pointed leaf profile. I know africa is a huge continent, but still I am curious. I know damn well we could get something wild from crossing a black african male plant back to this blockhead clone. You got any pollen?

This is my favorite most irreplaceable cut so it is definitely staying close! That sounds cool it just might be a good idea to collaborate on a Farm original.

This thread is hilarious.

I love African sativas. For what it's worth, seed size is not indicative of the continent the seeds came from. I have quite a few varieties of African landrace seeds in my possession and they range from tiny to quite large. It's all about the calyx size.

i am about to flower a female ghana sativa that the euro person who gave it to me

said

"made me hold my head in my hands for several hours saying wtf is going on here?"

i have hopes it will do the same to me.

will update in many months

That's the SHIT bro! I find hazes are too user-friendly, speedy but not the ball-busting paranoia. I think I enjoy the adrenaline rush of being disoriented and blazed.

[this thread is hillarious] what do you find funny about this thread. And no one said that seed size has anything to do with content quality. were just disscussing the charecteristics of this strain. and fractal i would definatly be willing to work on a collab.
sound exciting northoner, aperently these african strains seem to be getting a name out there for them selves.

I find the coconut size beans funny as well as the drama any "new" plant brings with it. Referring to the seed hoarding reference.

My point in regards to the seeds is that even within a certain landrace "strain," there are several distinct strains and variations. For example, Highland Oaxacan Gold is not one single strain but rather a genetically similar group of plants that have adapted to a certain region. I have a couple HOG lines and the seeds are very different. The same goes for Malawi Gold and so on. Further, I have does open pollinations on landrace lines and the seeds turned out completely different in every regard from plant to plant. My point is not to discard something called "Black African" because the seeds are a certain size as things as slight as difference in phenotype can affect this.

thank you for the info H and L, i definatly agree with you. and as far as the labor of love, it couldnt be more true, this has been a long and hard grow. but will soon pay off. this plant has been through alot.
first my dad planted them in november last year(wrong season) i dont think he evan expected them to grow. but they did and they struggled through the winter. it flowerd once already but it was only 3 inches tall when it did and it produced about a one bongload bud. it had 2 sisters and one brother. all went trough the winter barley staying alive. so is what i did was bring it indoors to a freinds operatin where the climate was controlled and it had a better chance. its flowers died off and it went back into veg very slowly. and we had a couple scares on the way. i had to keep the male at my house so is all i could do is hope that it made it so i could keep the strain alive. eventualy it got strong and started veging good so i brought it back home and outside the light change made it go into flowering earlier than is usualy dose acording to my dad. Acording to my dad this plant isnt growing the way it usualy dose because of all its strees it has endured. But is all im concerned with is getting been and carrying the genes on. a couple of worm atacks and heart atacks later after much time and devotion my seeds should be ready in about a week or two. cant count your eggs till they hatch, so im still sweating. so yes fractal there has been much much labour of love here.

I've seen and smoked some Malawi that gave me mild hallucinations. It's a totally different high than regular pot. Totally different in a good way but don't make any plans afterward.
