so what does everyone thing of the Heavy 16 nutrient line? I am liking it.

Who makes it? I haven't heard of it...... 16 chemical elements in fertilizers, at the end of the day they are all the same, just different ratios, and grades of refinement..........

I'm planning on running them when I exhaust my current supply of AN. I know BudLust is using them on his current run.

I also saw a post a while back where Jack said he was anticipating there Roots Excel knockoff.

I really like the idea that he is local to me, and I have heard that he is a really good guy that will actually take time out and talk to you about things.

The website only has base nutes on it right now, but I'm pretty sure that will be changing soon.

They also have a foiler I forget the name of it, but he told me they did a test with it in the valley they had 2 green houses full of tomato plants they foilered 1 greenhouse and not the other, then on a 100+ degree day they closed up the greenhouses and let the temps get up to a 130+ the greenhouse that dident get treated everything died, and the one that did 80% lived, and only 20% died........GM

I just ran it through a veg cycle and it worked fine. I had lots of bug problems that I haven't had in the past so H16 didn't really get a fair shake but I had no problems and ran it without calmag. Comparable veg growth to FloraNova which is my usual.

I don't really know how to add pictures they wont upload for me i must be doing it wrong. BUT the heavy 16 has been extremely awesome as i used to connoisseur mix but connoisseur seems to be more expensive and need many things as i always had to use extra additives for connoisseur to really see them buds blow up big. I will never use connoisseur again. it works great but doesn't almost EVERY nutrient line work great if you have it dialed in and figured out....... I ALSO found the heavy 16 bud and veg was taken up by the plants extremely fast the only other nutrient I have seen plants just suck up is pura vida by technaflora*. This is because the nutrients are derived from not just one source OR way so theres more than one vehical for the same nutrient so if there is a slight lock out the is a slight chance you still uptaking fine..

I really hope more of the farm starts trying this out. I have only used this in ebb n flow coco. It workssssssssss great with coco and also has extra P K so you dont need bloom boosters and if you were to use them you can cut back and use less which can sometimes save money for the boosters can get steep

in the end it seems to be about quality and price. this scores the highest in my book

I'm finishing my second run with it now , and this time using the entire line veg a&b, then bud a&b + prime , fire , flush ,with roots excelerater ,and cannazyme ,alternating with Hygrozyme, also great white and organic teas once in a while . their foliar which Fuckin rocks , makes your leaves so lush and green great calcium source . Growing in roots soil and two brands of coco , All mediums love it . It's by far the best nute line I've found . And some of the winereys down here in socal are using it for their grapes so its food grade shit .

i like it. the base has six forms of N, six forms of CA, and a few forms of mag. the foliar has six forms of calcium and prime has six forms of potassium. different forms are available at different ph. lower molucular weight forms are sucked up instantly and heavier ones are absorbed normally. i'm just a few weeks into veg with it, so i can't really hype it myself, but it seems promising.

I run Heavy 16, have been for well over a year with good results. Bryce the owner of Heavy 16 is not the owner of Green Coast and Green Coast does brew up Heavy 16 nutrients. Green Coast and their sister company happens to just distribute a great deal of their product that's all.

Not that I have seen or heard of. I deal with Green Coast because of some of their equipment and some rare additives you cant find anywhere else. They got the lock down on some nice pieces that you cant source or is too much of a pain to source out yourself. I also deal with their sister distribution company. But Heavy 16 and Bryce the owner of Heavy 16 is not affiliated with Green Coast as a company or corporation. Ive spoke to the owner several times on the phone and their is no affiliation. That would be like saying Sunlight, Hydro Farm, Canna and Advanced are all made by Green Coast. Just because its in their store doesn't mean their always affiliated. Green Coast has nice stores and now in wide-spread locations and carries a ton of stuff (Not always the lowest prices) but they need to turn down the music so I can think about what I'm doing when I go pick out or talk to the guys at the counter.

Bottom line is that Green Coast does not brew Heavy 16. Until I hear or see otherwise that's what I know.

Why do people seem to be bothered by the affiliation between and H16 (gc they are completely separate companies BTW)...

i dont understand how that factor would come into play when judging a fertilizers effectiveness.. i have been using Heavy16's full line for nearly a year now and i have to say, it is by far the most comprehensive and complete line up i have used to date. and my plants agree as well..

Probably due to the bad reputation that Green Coast has built for itself over the years by screwing over customers.......I know I would NEVER buy or do business with them or want ANYTHING to do with them at all.
