I had a friend that used to work there and they introduced me to Josh Stanley (another gem in the mmj community....and I am being sarcastic) He was interested in getting involved with me as I was trying to get Phoenix Tears Research Foundation off the ground. I met with one of his Growers/Partners (whom Josh ended up screwing over when he sold out Peace in Medicine to some Big Wigs from Cali.) and we were trying to get some things going together. It never worked out because Josh was secretly in the middle of selling out. My friend left there after witnessing Josh screw his Grower/Partner over. I try to avoid people like that~ you know...one's like Tim Tipton as well.

I`ll be at this next event with friends and cousins who will be inside that are very pissed off for what tim did to me and my girls.He don`t know of any of them so now it`s time for timmy to watch his back and get his big boys ready for some justice.I told them all to just be outside to help with the signs and do it the legal way.The first thing I heard from them was that takes too long and now that they know what tim did and and what he looks like and were he keeps his money they all want it.I remember when to many people showed up at tims one love event and tim started to see that all the donations that he recieved was going fast.Then tim stopped letting payed patients test the meds,and had me put the jars that was donated for his event into his rented car.That`s nothing more than getting double profit for donated meds at the price of the patients.If it was up to me I would just slam tim onto the ground by his hair,drag him outside by his hair like the bitch he is and give him what he has coming(pure steet justice).But I want people to know also that thier is a right way to handle people like tim in a legal manner.But my friends and family all say it takes to long to get back what he owes that way.There here for the twins and me, and I`m here for my girls and the truth.As tim is burning all his bridges with his scams I`m building my bridges with hard work and the truth.also no court papers yet like tim siad he was going to do.I have my paper work and videos ready so where you at tim,I`ll come to you so you can serve me otherwise stop the scare tactict and the bullshit lies your just making yourself out to be a bigger joke than you are now.

DoobyScoo isn`t Scooby(miss scoopy to me).Dooby Scoo is at the top of my list for good paptients helping patients,while miss scoopy (onother person)is on the same level as tim when it comes to the patients.I say this because miss scoopy wrote about taking my doctors and the health Dept. to court for my use of my license as a recreational user.While he would have to get the judge who accepted my SSDI into court also.I also been a patient long before any of the stores opened up.And if you want to know what I use mmj for it`s to control my sezuires from when I was almost killed at the age of 8yrs old by a punk ass man on private property.I think of this man for what he`s done to me as a chind every time I think of tim and his fallowers so it gives me push on moving foward for what he (tim) did.So Like I said before tim and his fallowers if you got paperwork for me you don`t have to bring it to me,or meet me half way,I`ll go to your front door or your attoneys office to pick it up otherwise shut up.

It sounds like this scam is spreading....Just heard from a friend of some guy doing the same thing in Nor Cal. I warned him of the scam. This guy is charging $250 for people to become a collective. He told my buddy he can grow up to 99 plants. I told him not to be naive.

When you join a collective/cooperative, some of that money get's redistributed for various bigger ticket items:
Like:
Lawyers
Accountants
Facilities
Equipment
Contacts

But:
Some people learn that this is such a 'in the closet' [yeah, mom you were right, I AM in the closet], with many goodhearted people....
Well, let's just say you get told what you want to hear...
Like they have the Lawyer on 'Retainer'. Just cause you have his card in your pocket, doesn't mean he's going to be on retainer.
Any 'true' coop I have seen, they got to visit with the Co-op people and lawyer at the same time.

Beware the Co-op that Advertises, has been my take.

Kinda like 'Fight Club', you get asked to join.

Of course Timmy had been scoping me for over a year (Timmy is the OG in the con-artist MMJ, think he's been going strong since 2005?), through a friend, before I finally gave him his first and only chance to put action to his words...

sounds great, I got an email from Janet Sweeney threatening with a C&D also, I figured out she was a real piece of work, as with the PT Foundation a long time ago. However, I just found out today that Tim Tipton was associated with PTF, which is upsetting, but not surprising.

Yeah, Janet Sweeney screwed me over royally too. I was making oil and had been for quite some time. So I wanted to get involved and help out. She and I corresponded a bit and she was telling me some cockamamie mess about requiring many pounds to make 60gm of oil and throwing Rick's name all over the place When i started asking the hard questions about wtf was she talking about ... It only takes 1lb to make 60gm. She had been promising to give me oil, with me being a stage IV cancer patient. Well, all of a sudden I'm getting nasty grams from Rick himself telling me how I'm demanding oil from Janet, but he'll, I'd been making oil myself. I only wanted to help ... Even though it's people like me whom they claim to be in business to help. Whatever. Sigh ...

Thankfully not everyone is as heartless as she is. ;)

Janet Sweeny is just another clown in timmys group who will be next in line after tim goes down.She also claims to be friends with someone in the police department just to try to put a scare into patients.The police is nothing more than public servents to me that has more to loose than I do.Other than that I would write a complaint to the supreme court about your experince with Janet Sweeny and her business ways here in Colorado (phoenix tears foundation).When I saw what she was all about it put a smile on my face knowing she can`t put fear what so ever in my life.So to me She is just like her business partner tim tipton a big ass joke that can`t handle me in court. Actually, she got to him first. She had been telling me that he actually has an "extra step" in his oil process that makes it such a high THC number (he claims 95%) but that it was too dangerous to share with the public like the rest of the instructions. I thought that was heinous that we cancer folks were staking our lives on a process that might not yield the results we need???? To me, that's atrocious and I said to her that IF that were true, he was no better than Mengele, imo. She told him that I just called him that without the "if that were true" part. So then I got a nasty gram from him and he has called me out by name on the internet, so he doesn't want to hear from me for nuthin.' ;)

Super potent tippy toe oil. lol. Love it. Sure it takes 10 lbs to yield 60 grams, somebody taking a little pinch? Why doesnt Dr Bob get away from that group?

My oil is fairly crude, no doubt. I dont think it matters. Ethanol is the most widely used solvent, for patient use, so I'm sticking with it. A lab people with a bunch of degrees could clean the oil up, I dont know that the cleaner oil would be more effective, maybe less.

You cant even imply that the oil cures cancer, not without the proper clinical studies to back it up. If Janet, Tim or their light bulb guy tells a patient that their oil is a more effective cancer treatment, that is a great way to get the feds attention, at least then they would have to flea the country, sorry Canada now they are your problem.

Its not a marijuana issue. There was a mushroom extract called mgn3, and a lot of patients really thought it helped them fight cancer. The company wouldnt stop calling it a cancer cure, now its banned, like Rick Simpson.

I dont care if they have a few proprietary secrets, they better be real. If they keep marketing a better oil as a treatment for cancer you can believe they will be asked for proof.

Let's not let people know we are doing a simple extraction from plant material. Nothing too complicated. Any chemist could tell you that. Extracting from Cannabis is so simple that it makes a meth-cook look like a fricken Ph.D in Chemistry!
Now, isolating only ONE cannabinoid takes some work, knowledge and expensive equipment...Usually along the lines of 'Chromotography'.

Oh, and I like how you have to CONTACT litro-grow for sales inquiry's...
Guess cancer patients should just stick with the $240 1,000W setup from WTG, or anyother store now for that matter, as they are all (the ones that want to stay in business) matching price with WTG.
