Long awaited…

The Camp has been in action for over two years now starting with the original design from CCH2O.

Although not a lot has changed since the beginning we have plans of cutting our plant numbers back to just one plant per light (from 4) and doing a one-for-one veg for each room (I will explain later).

The Basics:

Flower: (2) 20 x 30 flowering rooms each with 16 x 1000w and (4) UC16XL systems. All lights air cooled with Heat Shields and ducting heat shields, (4) 8” Vortex, (2) 10” Suncourt, (2) 10 x 40 Phat Filters, 12” Air Inlet with HEPA Filter, Sentinel CHHC1 Environmental Controller, CO2 Regulator, 80 pint Dehumidifier, 6 x 18” Wall Mount Fan, 4 x Blue Lab Guardian, 4 x pH Mini Doser with Solenoid and sample pot, each system also has a Cool Coil for water chilling.

Veg: 20 x 20 with 4 x T548 over (1) UC1664 system. Sentinel CHHC-1 Environmental Controller, CO2 Regulator, 80 Pint Dehumidifier, 6” Vortex, 6 x 24” Phat Filter, 10” Air Inlet with HEPA Filter, Intellidose with 4 x Solenoid, Blue Lab Guardian, SS 3-Compartment Sink, 100 Gallon Reservoir, Custom CCH2O 9-stage 2000gpd Reverse Osmosis, 2 x 18” wall mount fans, EZ-Clone 60, Cool Coils in each system.

Electrical: No Wire Nuts 32 Light Flip with PLC, 16 x 480v Digital Ballasts (recently changed to magnetic, long story), 2HP Chill King Commercial Water Chiller, 4 x 100 gallon Reservoirs, 4 x Blue Lab Guardian

One 18,000 BTU mini split AC per room.

Well well well..... You've been holding out on us!

For any doubters in the past that you knew some wisdom, and were actually doin' the do, looks like the show is on mofos!

Clean room setup man. Like the seperate rooms, the flip wiring, the doser, the water supply, stainless work station. Nice neat work. The african kush looks like a beauty, too.

Why the panda on the floor? Water and co2 seal? Ever thought of those rubber floor runners to make the top more durable? That would be sweet.

How do you like your little hot water heater? I got the same one.

RFI probs with the electronic ballasts perhaps? It can wreak havoc on some equipment for sure.

Excellent job there for sure man. Keep us posted with the progress on this one.

Nice clean build, would like to copy the cleanliness on my next setup :D
Very interesting that you can cool the rooms with only a 18k mini split for each 16k lights. That breaks down to roughly each 1,000w light to only be putting off 1000-1250btu's now that everything is aircooled and tightly insulated. Iam trying to decide on my next bigger build out and Iam jumping back and forth between trying to hassle aircooling or simply just throw a AC in there and say eff it :]. I notice you have empty rooms between the grows. Is this for insulation purposes or do you plan to cool and take cool air from these spots for the lights? Very nice setup regardless.

Panda on the floor turned out to be more hassle than it was worth, cut it out and went back to straight concrete.

Mini water heater works great for cleaning purposes.

Had a 150% failure rate on 480v digital ballasts from Hydrofarm, switched to good ol magnetics. Neither meters or atmospheric controls had a problem with the RFI. Here are some pics of the old and new electrical room.

AC's are severely undersized, didn't do my math properly in the beginning. They work fine for most of the year, but have some trouble keeping up in the hottest summer months.

Not really using the 2hp Chill King chiller to its capacity going to add some of the new Ice Box Pro's in each room as well as the electrical room to keep the ballasts nice and cold...brrr.

The room between the veg and flower #1 is the main entrance with storage etc, the room between the two flower rooms is the electrical room and also serves as a light lock between the two flower rooms.
