i hate putting seeds in cubes! never again! from now on they go from paper towel straight into some light warrior. lost a few p dawgs to them damping off. i seem to have this problem when i put seeds in cubes/plugs. from here on out they are all going straight into the medium. popped the rest of the P Dawgs. I did 2 yesterday and they are now in light warrior. The other 3 I threw in water last night and they are now in paper towels. If all goes well I should end up with 6-7 P Dawgs to choose from. Also have some Red Headed Stranger (Williams Wonder x Tom Hill's Haze) from New House Seeds in CO heading my way now. Im gonna pop some as soon as theyre in my hands. These guys seem to know their shit. They have some INSANE photos of very unique crosses. And they pop 200+ seeds to test before releasing any of their lines so you know you are getting truly bomb genetics. Super stoked on these guys, Im probably gonna have to grab some more of their strains in the near future.

Bummer bout loosing a few! See i suck at the towel to soil method. Ive been stuck on seed in the rapid rooter from the start for a minute now- its only when i over soak the rooters do i get seed issues which can happen with stubborn seeds.

Hear the red headed stranger is fire. def hear them raving about her and yes those dudes are very on point with testing and checking out some stock! good dudes!

yeah, im thinking about forgetting about the paper towels all together. might just plant straight into the light warrior. anyway, the PDawgs that went straight from towel to light warrior are already above ground. Thanks for the heads up on New House. They have some amazing crosses, check out their facebook page. Anything with DJ's Grape Krush sounds yummy to me.

happens to me all the time , I lost 3 grenades at the time i planted my arc's ... grenades in cubes ...arc's towel to dirt , only way i'll go now f - them cubes i'm 15-15 in my cups now , might have to cull one but all are up with no damping off......them cubes hold to much water imho.... don't think i'm gonna stop the paper towel thou.... like to see the rootlet first and then there out of the dirt in 24 hrs mostly

so the rest of the P Dawgs went straight into light warrior and they are all above ground. like I said before, I will never start seeds in cubes or plugs ever again. never have a problem with damping off when they go straight in the ground. I have 6 P Dawgs, 3 Nigerian Haze, 4 Pineapple Hashplant, 3 Secret Recipe, and 3 Star Berry Indica for a total 19 seedlings. Im gonna pop a few of the Red Headed Stranger from New House Seeds when they get here tomorrow.

thanks man! yeah, its all good. I wont be having that problem again. I havent popped too many seeds since about 5 years ago cause I was just running clones. Totally forgot I hate using plugs to start seeds. When I did my last couple of seed pops I went straight into dirt and everything was great, but for some reason i decided to throw them in rockwool this time. big mistake imho. oh well, ya live and ya learn.

I hear that man I never liked rockwool at all I havent really had a problem with rapid rooters but as long as it isnt ocean forrest ive never had a problem going straight into soil so im with you and im kind of the opposite I run alot of clones now but when i first started there was no supply where im at so all I popped was seeds and I got pretty good at it I did pop 22 The Purps seeds from Bc bud depot and didnt have 1 make it hahaha that im pretty sure was the seeds but I had to get a little pissed at myself though what a waste of money anyway you live and learn since I started using better breeders ive gotten far better results

rockwool is great for clones (i pretty much get 100% success rate with minimal if any yellowing). I have had problems with putting seedlings in rapid rooters and rockwool though. The best way in my opinion is to go straight into some light warrior or some other peat based medium, that way there is no chance of burning the babies.

I just used light warrior for the first time I did a transplant on some clones out of the dome into it it worked good but it had fungus gnats like crazy after like 2 days got rid of them quick though so no biggie I used ready gro mix pretty much the same thing I believe it worked good didnt get fungus gnats with that stuff but it kinda smelt like they sprayed it with something lmao who knows though im using coco now had issues with it before but im ready for another go around

weird, never got fungus gnats from light warrior before. can anyone else chime in on their experiences?

Alrighty, Im adding one more strain to this seed pop! This and the P Dawgs are the ones I am most excited about. Here we have Red Headed Stranger from New House Seeds. It is Williams Wonder x Tom Hills Haze. Check out the seed pack, super professional! If you google these guys you will find info on all their strains. They do runs of 200+ females of every strain they release and post pics of everything. They are breeding true landrace genetics from the Middle East and parts of Africa with rare clone only elites. They also are working with a DJ short grape krush f6 male that is pumping out some sick hybrids. Definitely check these guys out, they seem to know what is up.

wow, all 5 of the Red Headed Stranger's that I popped have cracked and have small tap roots already. they went in water last night, a paper towel today for 12 hours and they have already popped! possibly the fastest germination times Ive ever seen. I will be putting them in light warrior in a couple hours or early tomorrow morning.

24 hrs and they will be up... right to the dirt OYY , correct must if germed fast huh ....good luck really interested in this one , gonna have some fira for sure... what is the pheno your hunting idea's ....respect soser,,,,,,,,,,,my bad should of read above post but took me to the one directly above this as last read , 12 hrs are super fast sweet.... good start

actually, it's been ten hours and they are already poking out of the light warrior. things are crazy fast. by tomorrow morning they should have shed their shell

i feel you guys. i dropped roots riots plugs cause of too much damping off. 24 hour soak in a shot glass and right into epsoma seedling mix on a heating mat. the light warrior in my area has been super dry and causing phantom deficencies. been using epsoma for months now and wont turn back.i fuckin love williams wonder so those red heads im sure will be winners.

yeah, williams wonder is the fucking bomb. i had a cross of willie's wonder x jack herer called Willy Jack years ago and I found one of the illest phenos of herb Ive ever smoked. looking for another gem

hells yeah. my boy hit his ww with some mantuska thunder fuck, and passed around williams thunder for a bit. everybody loved that shit. lookin forward to watchin these! gonna make any xs?
