What's really going ...can we have bars for burning bud now?

never more than likely, or not from this initiative.

while everyone has already said it wont change much, but put a move in the right direction. the feds will not let people open shop and start sellin herb to anyone..... thats my honest .02

it will make possessions a little better im sure though. and at least we have another state at our side if fighting comes down.

ultimately - I know it just passed and everyone is excited, but it will take some definite time before all this can play out and get worked out to a somewhat smooth level.

and shit i've been right so far. LOL.

Yes there will be some people selling herb out of a "coffeshop" style outfit very soon. It will take some brave souls to take on the feds like we have with the mmj but this is the beginning of the end. Mark my words, we will see a different response from the fed on this one. I think that Obama wants to come out for mj just not mmj due to the smoke, just needed WA and CO to start the fire.......LETS BURN ONE DOWN!

there is always somebody out there trying to push the limit and capitalize on new businesses. dispensaries arent legal here, and the courts pretty much agree, but they are still opening their doors every morning.

It will be interesting for sure if a 2nd term Obama 'I'll have more flexibility after the election' translates not just to Russia but to other promises.
My two cents is you are going to see 4 more years of the same.

is there a legal age specified with this new law?

Come on that was specifically about persuing his marxist agenda and turning over American rights to the whims of the NWO. Nothing to do with our personal freedoms, far from it.

Is their a public intoxication part of this law like alcohol?

The hash bar concept came and went in Boulder County....No way that shit will fly.

We used to serve up oil hits at the greenest green all day. $5 dollars a rip, multiple people tending bar, and people flocking, and this was just during the med thing. No way people will be puffing indoors other than in a private club of some sort, which I mean honestly I'd rather puff at home or where I already go out and do such things anyways.

Business as usual people

Civil Fucking War Part Deux!!!! I know Kenny Powers the original cannarebel is with me, who else?!?!

Seriously, Colorado and Washington are in, and I'm Sure CA would join us just on principal. Get our Canna Allies in CANNAda to join the fight, and it game on!

Maybe not now, but who knows in a year, two, five? The base of the Anti keep dying off. The youngins are starting to learn, even if they didn't vote for a President.

It was nice when the GG had that, too bad they feel you can't have a bunch of potheads getting high together in Boulder. Might get in the way of the drunks.

But they never thought there'd be a titty bar on Pearl Street. Boulder is all about the $$$. When they get hooked on the tax rev coming in off each hit, they'll be pushing too. Especially when the drunken crime goes down, and they'll go for the mj dui also.

Edit: Actually, probably depends on who's coming and going at the local level? I forgot about the other half of Boulder. But I think it will be one of the first for at least private clubs being friendly, perhaps you pay a membership fee and bring your own? Kinda like how you had to byob at the titty bar for a time.

it;s going to be tough on drivers with colorado plates in texas and other neighboring states. The highway patrols are going to be ravenous looking for pot now.

A good point.

Agreed. It's like that already. I have a buddy who get pulled over in KS every time he leaves CO. I envision 'drug checkpoints' on every major road out of CO in neighboring States. CO isn't exactly surrounded by pot friendly states. UT, WY, KS, NE. At least we have NM nearby.

When a true champion comes face to face with his darkest hour, he will do whatever it takes to rise above. A man fights, and fights, and then fights some more. Because surrender is death, and death is for pussies.

And my ass ain’t no pussy. My ass is a fucking champion
