That reminds me of a time when I walked into a Dispensary and the clown running the shitty ass place that had shitty fucking meds referred to himself as "Master Grower". He wasn't even close. Im with you Carl, just because you are allowed the max number of plants doesnt make you a "Master Grower". I've only met one person in my lifetime that could call himself a "Master Grower"............I like the title STAY AT HOME DAD!....lol. and a shout out to the "Master Grower" im talking about!.........QleanerQuest!

If we had no dispensaries and the OLD business model were still in place.... you could impress the ladies far easier because you'd have >no< business card, >no< job title to make up in an attempt to create artificial "importance", >no< minimum wage job working for someone else, and lotsa time and cash to spend on HER and the best weed to smoke with her.:D

jus'sayin'....

As far as a title... I keep thinking about the common thread we see here regarding "dispensary workers" .... something like "Has Worth For Now"....."Temporary Grower"....or "Perplexed and Unemployed" will more than likely capture the ongoing definition of "job title" from what we seem to see happen to most guys out there.

If you really want bitches, you're gonna need to start blowing glass

Botany Manager or Botanical Operations manager

I my vast experience and hundreds of titles, it is much better to not put a title on a business card unless it's "owner" and even then its much better have some with your title on it and most without. My favorite title to have on a business card was "The Man" lol

What do you need a business card for? meetin with grow store managers? I think i would make something up before I would say I worked at a despensary grow op, mo trouble, mo problems

I don't know guys. I used to have a fancy title. Chicks definitely dig it. I had the salary that came with the fancy title too. Chicks REALLY dig that.

outwest

Chicks really dig cash.....card or no card, title or no title...it's all about the money money money

Now if you don't have the cash, you can really hustle a chick easy with a nice card and a smooth story..get your mack on

Guys, maybe that's what the 'chicks' you know are into. Others look a little deeper. Not saying that a man who can't support himself is desirable, but that it is only but one of the means by which we measure a man.
Hey farmers!

So, I am the head of our growing operations (boulder dispensary).. and I struggle with what to call myself/list on my business card. Currently I have Garden Administrator on the card, and on facebook I'm Garden Manager...

yet I despise 'master grower'.. maybe in 20 years or so I'll call myself that.

basically, what title will impress the ladies? :)
You said it, Head of Operations.

for the record: I hate titles. especially people who like to put initials after their name. (MD, DO, DC, DVM, CCSP, MA, DPT, PhD..blah blah) Master Grower makes me cringe.

and how about that "Doctor" title? Everyone is a fucking doctor nowadays.

Just more class welfare bullshit, with the " look at me and my dumbass education which put me into student loan debt, now I got no job but my intials make me look good."

and then add on on the stupidass politically correct flip flopping teminology of job positions.
garbage man= trash collector which then evolved into= Sanitiation Engineer
prison guard= Corrections Officer
stripper= "go-go girls" and later morphed to Exotic dancer (Nude Ballet?)
grease monkey= mechanic and then to Automotive Technician
and all the other goofy names attaching the word "technician" (nail tech, hair tech, vet tech, etc)

I also dislike name tags and silly uniforms.

Had a job title all my life "Managing General Partner" liked it at first. Got lots of respect and attention, always wanted my name on the marquee or at the top of the page. As time went on got to where I didn't give a shit almost embarrassed me. Now don't care and would give credit to another. Love to watch young upstarts try to change the world in their own image, I just get out of their way and watch them make fools out of themselves. They are really nothing more than a MASTURBATE R.

you really don't need a title to go mackin Carl
just the right attitude, plenty of $$$ and stylin threads.......

LOFL. The "I have NO experience, but I am here to start my new job as President of this company" phenomenon that has been present in my wife's workplace for about a decade has been an interesting event to watch. There are folks (mostly women in her office) in the late 20's-30's range who come here (to ski and party...THEN work) are always backstabbin and trying to climb an imaginary ladder over the top of "management"....always without success. The general scenario is that instead of fighting/firing these uber-annoying and highly-unproductive folks....they bring them into the fold and load them up with more and more work that is over their head...at the level they THINK they should be paid/respected at.....and then they end up crashing and burning....often...losing their job due to lack of being able to do what is required of the job.

"you want the obvious, you'll get the obvious..." Rundgren LOL :D

I can't take >any< of it. That's why I'm sitting here typin at you guys and growing/smokin weed.... ;)

Lol, I appreciate that homie! No master tho. Still gotta lot to learn.
