You could get by with just pinching the shit out of the top stem(supercrop)
and not actually "top" it. Thats what I did to some..others I topped.
But, there are lots of ways to go..Both seem to be working well with this awesome cut

I cant wait to run some outdoor but no way in hell will I put cookies outside. Im semi private here but my one gallon plant stunk up the hood here man. No joke. Maybe if I get this small greenhouse and plant several other species such as lavender but big maybe probably run something else.

i run a carbon filter & have fould little issues with smell. mainly only smells at harvest time when i cut shit down. i got a couple dozen cookies going, plus a few other stinkers. no smell outside my home. anymore.

She smells different outdoors.. she def reeks but just has a different kind of smell.. weird if you ask me.. I say it cus I just cut down one I had outside and got a room full going and they def stink up more inside.. the outdoor was done in fox farm soil too so I would expect it to stink up more cus of the soil..

Ive grown some strains that filters really have to work hard to keep up. Those skunks man. certain cheese phenos will do that too.

Probably wasnt done well or as well as could have been. Outdoor trumps indoor all day from every WELL sample Ive seen. Most outdoor growers, shit most growers dont care period they want the mighty dollar. I do too but I also want a great consistent reputation to go along with that.
I will hopefully squash the misperception people have with outdoor isnt as potent or is whatever. The sun has uvb and full spectrum to help them shine especially where Im at, literally 2-3 weeks from chopping some outdoor down now. This year as Im running multiple outdoor spots so be on the lookout for the piffery to come. May throw up a cook but its stanky.

I know u didn't ask me but peep ur node spacing compared 2 my pic above urs.. & peep how sharp & pointed ur leaf tip is, & look at the saw blades then the distance from the saw blade 2 the tip of the leaf.. They all look different from my pic

hell no all leaflets on that one homie. People see some gnarly assymetrical leafs and start thinking they have cooks ha. FYI alot of strains have this, shit several in my garden right now. Only one way to truly find out though.
