Definite must read thread, a lot going on in here and I'll have to a lot some time to really sink my teeth into it.

What I will add for now is that I ran into a ton of auto buddering when I first got going extracting and due to geographical restraints ever clear is not available and ethanol difficult to come by.

We do however have unlimited access to 99% ISO, after winterizing quite sizable amounts in ISO, giving it an open air evap and a 95 degree purge I ended up with the same buddered up end result I started with.

I did manage to get gifted a small amount of ethanol which is currently sub zero with a bunch of newer buddered up shatter that I am eagerly awaiting time to filter out and repurge.

Can't wait to go back on these pages and see GT21's process(es).

Actually here's a pic, looks kinda gnarly as I newb'd it right up and after it's failed re-shattering I added more heat which obviously darkened it and then I whipped it thinking it would turn to a legit budder.

Any ideas? Tastes/Smokes a hell of a lot better than it looks.

Can this be re-winterized in ethanol and re-re-shattered in oven?

Hard to say what it will clean up like, but I would start with winterizing it, and then removing the alcohol using a casserole dish and 130F heat mat.

You have a lot of the heavier fractions, and without them it should be more like stained glass.

Hard to believe but all of that was 99% iso winterized and filter through a Büchner funnel with a lab paper(unsure of what grade was filter via friend).

I'm wondering if it can be re-winterized in grain alcohol?

is that RMH x Q x C99 ?
This set of pics is Rmhxcindy99xquerkle ...im not sure which bongs have which oil lol. It's either Rmhxcindy99xquerkle or astrochimp #3 oil. And flower in bongs is either Rmhxcindy99xquerkle or nebula. Sorry i forgot about this thread and gt reminder me to post here lol

Hey @GT21 , just stopping in. Is moonshine good for turning trim nug into some concentrate? I might as well try some out. Kinda tired of purchasing. If I can't make it then why am I even doing this.... I'll read through the thread asap. But moonshine?

Needs to be super high alcohol content, i use 91% isopropyl alcohol on my trim
