I actually have a viperspectra xs1500 for starting plants and veg, also have 2 ac infinity ion board S22 150w currently running in both my 2x2 tents.
It’s actually in a 4x4 tent
the top net is 32x32” though so I’m really concentrating them to under 3x3
Plants are loving it for sure, I could easily veg the full 4x4 with this light no problem, I’m sure it’d flower the full 4x4 if needed but I’d upgrade to the SE5000 to get better coverage wall to wall, this is model is perfect for what I wanted with a single plant with great airflow around the canopy, getting much more even par values side to side than I expected from the footprint size, can honestly say I like it so far, and plant is loving it, can’t wait to see how it holds its own in flower, only time will tell
but we’ll see! New Timelapse is only a few days away
It’s really all strain dependent, I usually start to see amber on average around the end of week 8, I usually go till week 8.5-9 minimum, outdoors it’s weather dependent, we get short summers up here in the northeast as well, temps drop quick, can get random blizzards lol 65 one day, -20 and 4’ of snow the next, wake up 24 hours later ti no snow, raining with floods and 75f

I got the SE5000, it is for my 4x4. Very good light! I could have got one smaller though, as it was meant just for veg. Maybe y give it a try in future, it's worth it.I haven't flowered with the Viperspectra but I would think the ACI S22 would be very similar. This is what I'm looking at for $280.99 CAN , good deal I think

nah thats a 12 gallon pot, this one and pheno 3 in the other tent are in the 12's, the 1 gallon plants are hangin up drying, and the 2x2 micro scrog tent is still goin

Homeboy got it like THAT! good call on mixing it like that. I hate rubbing it in the topsoil and disturbing the feeder roots.. this makes a lot of sense. I just grabbed (first time) some Pro Mix last week, anxious to see how it compares to the Happy frog. Good to see another (true) soil grower. Seems like only a few here

I’d like to see about another 4-8” of stretch but it may just be that this light is really killin it and keepin that stretch down, other plant definitely damn near tripled in height, we’ll see how she does she’s probably got another 8-9 days of stretch I’m seein about an inch a day at this point she’s got tighter nodes too excited to see how she doesThe budding begins!
